I was very excited to purchase this Batana oil. I bought 2 bottles, After using the product for approximately 1 month i did not see any Improvement at all in my hair growth.
This company said money back guarantee in their ads and now they refuse to honor that. I have reached out since august and they refuse to do what they said they would do by offering only $40 in refund, which i am yet to get. I have been ignored regardless of the many times i have emailed them.
I guess my money just went down the drain.Very disappointed~~~

I'll admit when I first saw the ads and hearing the hype about this product, I was skeptical. Heritary thinning and years of chemical straighten, protective styles and colouring had taken its toll on my hair. I tried other products which helped for a while, so in a last ditch attempt I placed an order.
I received my order about 2 weeks ago and I can honestly that I'm very surprised and excited about Kuri Nüka! It smells amazing and melts in your hands. But most of all it that in just this short time, I've noticed the areas that were thinning are coming back to live, my hair is softer, has more shine and looks healthier than it has in years. Thank you Kuri Nüka for helping me regain my confidence.

It's not some watered-down version or a blend with cheaper oils mixed in.My curls have more definition now and they stay soft longer between wash days. I used to have to refresh my curls every morning, but now I can go two or three days without touching them.A little goes a long way, so the jar will last me a while. I'd order again, just maybe plan ahead for the shipping time.

Atrocious Customer Service
I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I felt compelled to. I placed an order on 13 October and got a notifications that it was delivered on 7 November. It was nowhere in sight and none of my neighbours had it and the cameras at my property confirmed it was never left. I got in touch with Kurt Nuka on the same day to let them know and got their automated response saying someone would be in touch within 24 hours. I heard nothing so asked for an update on 12th November with no response and again on 16 November again with no response. I threatened to charge back the transaction if I didn’t get a response and magically the parcel appeared on 18 November. I finally had a response on 24 November saying the package had been delivered. No apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. I haven’t stated using the product but frankly I don’t care how magical it is, their customer service is awful. Would recommend avoiding

The items were shipped with tracking updates and delivered in a week.

customer service..or customers ignored!
The customer service is absolutely awful! They state they aim to get in touch within 24 hours…it’s more likely to be a week, and then some!
I wanted to cancel my product- as they state you can prior to it being shipped/ or you can change the order (just get in touch). Despite getting in touch, 36hours prior to shipment they didn’t acknowledge or correspond and shipped my items anyway. I don’t care how great a product is, customer service is more important! I won’t be using this company again.

I can finally say I’ve found a company I can truly trust. Kuri Nüka sells real 100% Batana oil and offers exceptional customer service. I’ve been scammed so many times before—especially by SAUVASINE, who advertised authentic Batana oil but sent me fake, creamy, sticky products that were hard to wash out and even damaged my hair instead of softening it.
Kuri Nüka is the real deal. I contacted their customer service through email to confirm their authenticity, and every time I requested proof, they responded quickly and professionally. My order arrived within 8 days, and I was able to track it the entire time. While waiting for my package, Kuri Nüka kept me updated and even explained what to look for when verifying that the product is truly 100% Batana oil, as well as how to use it properly.
