Three stars at this point. will revise shortly (hopefully) So this is an interim review, the ongoing issue is waiting on an email response. I ordered 2 XP-Lites for my wife and I, both in stock colors. Hers shipped right away, received notice of its shipment the next morning (That bike was received in working order after typical transit time, no issues. Nice bike too). Following up for the other bike on the website's Tracker page didn't show anything and no notice of a backorder. I emailed them but received no response. However, two days later a "Packed and Labeled" email for the other bike was received. Checking at FedEx, only the shipping lable was created but FedEx didn't have it. It wasn't given to FedEx for another two days. Once FedEx had it, delivery time was typical. Received it today and unboxed it the same as I did the first one. I found two cables were in the wire harness but un connected at both ends, one to the display one to the Headlight. No biggy there. Discovered some paint chipped off at the end of the battery housing. Charged the battery for a couple of hours then tried the display, no illumination. Verified evrything against the first, working, bike but no luck. Sent an email to them but its too soon for a reply. I have the skills, tools and working spare parts (the other bike) to troubleshoot to component level but this is a brand new bike. I shouldn't have to.
Disliked delivery experience, Delivery person rolled the box end over end, to get it to my door… I guess he didn’t have a dolly. Bike was scuffed up in some places, front tire was flat, and had to take it in to get a new tube….and since I upgraded to a bigger motor and battery… I received some “free” accessories. One was a bike lock designed to fit on a frame other than the XP-4… they must be getting rid of the old locks. Other than the above concerns, seems like a decent bike… time will tell.
Disliked that a chain guard was included but not installed.
I had a great experience with the Lectric team. They followed up immediately on some issues I had. The bike quality is fantastic. It is made so well. The seats and handle bars are easy to adjust, no tools needed. I feel like I'm getting my exercise with the Pedal Assist, just enough assist when I'm climbing hills. I want to ride every day, sometimes twice a day. I love this bike!

What I was most impressed is by the packing material for the Ebike. They made sure there was nothing that could get damaged in shipping. I also love that anything you need to repair or adjust. They have a video on it.

The paint has defects, the phone holder isn’t working properly, and neither is the shifting lever. Lectric is sending new parts and touch up paint, but I expected better quality control on a bike in this price range.

The order process is pretty straight forward and the packaging is really good. The only improvement I can see for this is to provide some written instructions as well as all the videos (which are really well done). The setup is fairly easy, but there are a couple of things that you need to undo and remove parts in order to finish installation (chain cover and fenders, for example). This was more challenging to do and I ended up having the local dealer set this up for me. In retrospect, I would have preferred to use my local dealer for the purchase rather than online because they would have set up everything as part of the sale. This gives the customer an introduction to the local shop for future. Lectric eBikes could do a better job of connecting customers to the local dealers (if available). This is a win-win. The info is on the website, but it should be more obvious.
As far as the ebike goes, I think I am going to like it a lot. It is sturdy and well made, but lighter than other models. It is quite zippy in getting around. Looking forward to using it for fun adventures.

Everything went as advertised. I followed the video step by step when doing the final assembly. No problems. There is not much that I had to assemble but my lack of knowledge made the Lectric ebike video a welcomed necessity. I had a few questions along the way. I called once and the technical assistance was excellent. The second time I emailed with a question and the response was prompt and spot on.

Also some runaround trying to get information really wasn’t enjoyable at all. Despite the damage to the boxes, the bike seems undamaged. I think the excuse for not getting any manuals was weak. “Trying to lower the carbon footprint” doesn’t hold water when there is so much cardboard, and tape in the packaging. I filled my recycle bin completely with cardboard, and I still have the outer box to dispose of. I got almost 10” of snow this week, so I will have to let you know how I like the ride. Also the ignoring my emails while sending me 2 emails a day, and then sending me an invoice to order keys for my 2.0 to a different addy must have been a whole level of not paying attention I’ve never seen.

It started with prompt customer service answering my pre-sales questions. The ordering process was easy and the bonus accessories a plus. Shipping was reasonable (within a week) and post delivery customer service excellent. That was the first bike. Now with the second bike the process has been the same. Email customer service and they get right back to you. And so far we have been so happy with the performance of the e-bike XP4 750’s. So much more enjoyable to ride than the e-bikes we rented from another brand. The torque sensor is perfect for us, provides a natural feeling PAS without surging forward every time you touch the pedals the way the rental cadence sensor e-bikes did. And climbing hills with the 750 watt motor is awesome. Love our purchases from Lectric!

Delivered to your door with little or no assembly required. Not so, but the Trike was well packed to prevent damage. Some damage did occur for the backrest due to transit for the second Trike I bought, but when I reported that to product support, they sent out a replacement. The first one I bought was for my lady friend, It had no issues, so after I assembled it, I rode it to her home. I had so much fun riding it I bout a second one for myself.
