**** the response from Lulutox is a lie. The only emails they sent are the ones I refer to below. They haven't sent a new email as suggested. They have only said this yo make it look like they are doing something. ANNE from Lulutox you should be spoken to. You offered a 30% refund or cancellation. You did neither. *****
I initially bought this product a few months ago. It doesn't taste like peach at all more a green tea but smoother. Didn't do anything for weight loss but after the first month (bought 1 got 2 free offer) I noticed it had definitely helped with my IBD/Colitis. Then I ran out and symptoms came back so I thought ok the tea is helping so went to order more. That's when I realised that somehow as soon as you add "click to order" it immediately sends an email saying thanks for your order. So they hold onto your payment method. That is illegal in itself. The website itself is very frustrating as it keeps asking do you want this as well or do you want this, so you have to be very careful with what you are doing. Although apparently it's design was from someone in NZ it comes via China and is in US dollars, so that's another problem if you are outside of America. They don't mention that it's on US dollars. But my 1 star is for the following, my young granddaughter was playing with my phone and had brought up the recent tab for Lulutox. Unbeknownst to me she had touched the click to order button when touching the screen, next minute I get an email saying thanks for your order. I immediately contacted them and heard back in a couple of hours, I explained and was told by ANNE she understood and that because it was within their 12hr dispatch window etc, perhaps I would like a 30% discount instead of cancelling the whole order and to basically let her know straight away. Which I did. Didn't hear back. Next day new email from Mike saying the item had shipped and pretty much too bad a d that only the customer can select payment method. That is incorrect. Then ANNE emails again saying item has shipped, check conversion rate and a whole lot of other stuff totally irrelevant to the problem and with no mention of any discount. I am fuming. I contacted them immediately, they responded promptly and could easily have refunded me well within their 12hr timeframe. I will now be doing some research to buy something similar elsewhere

My hanging belly is still where it was.i still feel bloated and tired. At first I thought it was working so when I got an email I bought even more packs. I was asked how things were progressing. I wrote that I don't really see any difference and asked for support. I received a reply stating they were sorry. However, I am still receiving emails with upto 80%off. Incredible since they were running out of stock when I bought the original packs over 2 months ago. What a let down.

I waited for weeks without delivery they told me to check the tracking number. This said id received the order the week before at six in the morning. On checking the delivery note it had the wrong urbanisation and post code
