Purchased an X7 and in 24 hrs there was a sale. Emailed customer service and asked for a price adjustment and was immediately credited. Very quick and empathetic. Great service

My original Macfox X1 has 2600 miles on it and is still going strong as ever. The only issue I had was flat tires, which stopped after replacing the tape covering the spokes.
I recently got a new X2, 700 miles in I am loving it. Many improvements over the original models; lightweight aluminum frame, better suspension, and a bright headlight. I can squeeze 30+ miles out of my X2 with no problem.

Macfox is a great company they always have been reliable any needs/issues you come across they always are there to assist you. I had an issue with my throttle they immediately got back to me in 24 hours and sent me out a brand new throttle and actually it was better than the stock one! Macfox is always reliable and trust worthy. I definitely recommend the dual battery bike option, you get 60 miles of range and can ride so far and experience so many more memorable moments with the far battery capacity! Highly recommend Macfox as your electric bike option!

I purchased the X7 recently for my daughter’s 10th birthday recently! I decided to pick up directly from Corona since it’s on my way home from work! The build was super easy and done within 30 minutes! They even provided a QR code on the package to help with the install process! My daughter was so stoked to see her present! Super glad I decided to move forward with MacFox instead of all the other ebike brands out there! We purchased the tan color which looks amazing! Nice beefy tires and actually the brakes have really good stopping power! Lights are super bright especially when going for night rides! The bike is a beast and I may be bias but the best looking one in my neighborhood! Their customer service team is quickly responsive when I had some questions during the purchasing process! If you are looking to proceed with an ebike, don’t hesitate to move forward with MacFox!

The Macfox E-Bike Protective Foam Padding is a small upgrade that makes a big difference. It installs easily and adds a noticeable layer of protection to the frame. Great for preventing scratches during transport or daily use. Definitely worth having!

I bought a MACFOX e-bike for my son to use for his daily school commute, and after a few days of watching how it fits into his routine, I felt it was worth leaving a review.

Safety was my biggest concern, and so far the bike has been very solid. The brakes respond quickly, the wide tires grip well, and the overall ride looks stable even on the slightly uneven roads near our neighborhood. Knowing the ebike was UL-certified also gives me some peace of mind.

My son said the seat is comfortable and the ride is smooth, even on his 15–20 minute trip to school that includes a couple of inclines. He actually enjoys the ride, which I didn’t expect. Our mornings have become easier too — he gets himself ready and heads out on time without needing us to drive him.

One thing I appreciate is that this bike has made him more independent. I can see the confidence he gets from being able to manage his own commute.
We had one small question about setup, and the customer service team replied quickly with clear instructions, which I thought was worth mentioning.

Overall, the bike has worked well for our family. It solved the daily drop-off issue and gave my son a safe and practical way to get to school. I’m glad we chose it.

We are happy with the bike itself, but we’ve had 3 flat tires in the first 3 weeks we’ve owned it while on regular roads. The tires are of terrible quality.
