I didn't receive the part I needed. For some reason it never got past the post office. But, when I contacted customer service I was able to get a refund. They were very kind and quick with the refund.

I have drove in about 42 miles so far battery life seems to be pretty good. Love to dual motor. Definitely has enough power to go up hills. Specially when you have it on pedal assist. I live in Michigan and it has been snowing so I haven’t had much chance to ride it more. I bought it about two weeks ago. for my birthday. The price was right for black Friday. But so far so good it is very comfortable. The only complain I have is I wish it had more instructions of how to use the display. I watched quite a few videos on YouTube to learn how to use it plus experimenting with it.

No stars for customer warranty support. I have emailed for replacement and no response. I guess if you need something within your warranty period, you mine as well plan to buy it on your dime. NO WARRANTY!

I ordered 3 items and 2 of three arrived fast. The third was lost in mail. I emailed customer support and shipped out replacement part. Seems like all the local bike shops strongly try and sell much more expensive products and say you’re making a mistake to order bikes on line. This was not the case. Very happy with the service I received!

I received my order from Movcan and was able to Install the second battery to extend the range and so far it works as advertised!

I could not use the blinkers because you sent the wrong wires.
The part that goes to the ignition did not fit

Great bike. Assembly was meh, though everything came. Nice bike, range is up and down but still good. The most important thing is the height. Please make sure you're tall enough for this because it was kinda tall for me. But I'll just grow into it that's alright. Had a crash a few days ago and had to go to the er. But that wasn't the bike faults. It was mainly mines. So we managed to fix some of the bike. All other than that. Very nice bike

Other than the movcan v60 controller needing to be replaced after hitting a bump less then a week of purchasing the bike, is great fast comfortable bike

Contacted customer service regarding being sent the wrong replacement battery and have not received a response on how the issue will be resolved.

What this like these guys need to slow down like bit do quality work, cause people spend a lot of money on these bikes they didn’t have to ride to for the job, especially when you’re handling this brakes on a bike you can really damage the Dis and the pad on the bike they had to U2 some stuff. I thought they know what they was doing. They need to get more training how to put these bikes together. That’s my opinion. I’m a technician myself and when you have a lot of equipment people you need to take your time and do it right person.

I enjoy the comfort of the seats as well as I enjoyed the ride that I get out of it definitely a day in day out transportation that I use all the time and I wouldn't mind getting into the promotion side for y'all as well if that's possible

The tires kept coming off, I had to purchase replacement ones.

I got the parts I ordered. The parts were well packaged and on time When I installed them they worked perfectly. It’s nice to be able to get parts from the manufacturer I have a friend who bought a bike before I bought mine and he needs a part and the company he bought his bike for won’t return his calls and emails I’m so glad I looked around and found MOVCAN

Giving this company even one star is over-reach. I purchased a Movcan V60 more than two months ago. Shortly after, the rear tire exploded while parked in my garage, and at the repair shop I learned that the controller and wiring was faulty. I had to buy the replacement controller myself and I still have not received the replacement wiring. The company has been completely unresponsive to all the documentation I submitted. So far, I've spent about $500 in repairs and I still don't have a functioning bike. What a rip-off this company is.

Wrong item received says v30 when it ahould be v60
