It was confusing because I just wanted to buy a product but suddenly I realized I was made a member of your venture. I asked to be removed from it a couple of times until someone reached for me and told me they will do it, as an exception.

Advertising other stock which was purchased as a one off deal on waiting confirmation I contacted them to be abruptly told they do not advertise such items but I was able to get onto website and purchase the item stated and now refusing refund

This company have taken 2 payments out of my 12 year olds rooster account. The first one was taken after she had tried to pay for a product she wanted on another website called www.labubutrendy. but the transaction said it had failed online, then the money come out of her account from www.mygardenyes. 2 days later they took out over 4 times the amount whilst she was at school and her phone was at home. When I contacted them they told me I needed to email the manager. I have cancelled her card but be very careful as these are targeting kids on tiktok. Vile people

This is a scam. Don't trust them or give them your bank details; they'll steal your money.

never told me about a subscription and today i’ve had £37 taken out of my bank from a “subscription” i never signed upto. item has never shown up, absolutely out of order and don’t want anyone else falling for it and the same thing happening to them.
