Thanks for the great customer service, Fern, with my Newair nugget ice maker.
I ordered a fan part for a wine cooler on November 19th. It's now December 8th, and it still hasn't shipped. I've call them twice and they said the part is in stock, but that the shipping department is very busy and all they can offer is that I will get a tracking number once it's shipped. Almost 3 weeks to ship a small part and I still don't know when I'll get it? I just ordered an item from China and I received it in 6 days! I order from Amazon all the time and receive in 1 week or less and I'm not a prime member. I would recommend not to buy Newair products if you ever need to order a part in the future.
Ionie as always been promt, professional and very helpful she's always been a pleasure to talk to and I cannot recommend this product or especially her customer service anymore her customer service is 11 out of 10 Stars

operating correctly. She explained
why it was leaking and how to stop this. She requested photos
of the cooler and the water tray which was not in use. She explained
where the water tray should be placed

I was very impressed by how quickly and effortlessly he was able to resolve my problem.

I had purchased a wine cooler from Newair last year and it recently stopped cooling, luckily it was under warranty and I contacted customer support and spoke with Hilary. Hilary was extremely friendly and very professional and after communicating back and forth several times she was able to provide me with a replacement unit since mine was still under warranty. She's a great asset to the company!

Ordered a beautiful 500-count electric humidor from Newair. Sadly the unit is defective. I contacted customer support and was promptly assisted by Fern who after a few email exchanges arranged for a replacement unit. I appreciate Fern’s diligence in resolving my issue.
