I went in this office hoping to…

I visited this office with the intention of consolidating my two mortgages into a single loan with a favorable interest rate. However, I discovered that one of my lenders had initiated foreclosure proceedings. Mr. Holiday, my agent, proactively assisted me in initiating a loan modification and connected me with a licensed budget consultant. This timely intervention significantly alleviated my stress.
