Ryan helped me trouble shoot a user error issue. I had installed the remote wiring to the wrong switch. Which fried the remote receiver. So Ryan had pulled up wiring schematics and we walked through trouble shooting the issue and ended up putting. Ina wall switch which cleared up the issue. So he was very patient and helpful throughout the process. Issue resolved and a happy wife with a fireplace that works. Thanks again to Ryan for helping out!

I have ordered from North Country Fire a number of times with no issue at all. Unfortunately, this time my igniter was not cooperating with me on lighting my fireplace. I was able to talk and work with Dean from Customer Tech Support and we were able to work it all out over the phone. Dean was extremely helpful not to mention following up a few times to make sure all was still working as it should.
