Order number OLGB6983WP,done on 28/11. Tracking ref supplied is not recognised by company on link provided by Oleaia. Sent email on 2/12 asking for correct tracking ref, no reply received to date, despite website claiming all emails replied to within 30 mins.
At the best very poor service  and maybe a scam considering the other reviews. Lets see.

Our Slomin’s tech was wonderful. He skillfully installed the device on our oil burner, and explained everything. In addition, he got our oil burner checkup appointment moved up and was able to do it that day. I sorry I don’t remember his name, but he was great.

It’s nice but a full bottle of fluid only last 1/2hr of flames. The fluid is expensive averaging $10 a bottle. So to use the pit for 90 minutes costs $30. 
 That’s not what was advertised. I’m disappointed and will be sending it back.
 Housewife has to come up with a solution to this. There were many comments complaining about this.

Called the number on the web site. It doesn't work.
Emailed them for a price and received a response form Adrian Carcamo who is supposedly the general manager. He emailed for the specifics which I promptly wsent him. I gave him the address, the quantity, fuel type and they never responded. Oh well, I will stick with fuel you fast.

Wopec offers a truly outstanding service that is both efficient and highly reliable

I have been a customer of the Esso Card (WEX fuel card) for some time, but my overall experience has been extremely disappointing.

From the beginning, I used the card very little, mainly because it simply wasn’t competitive compared to other fuel cards like Tamoil and Q8. Top-ups with credit card were not free, there were no meaningful incentives or discounts linked to the amount loaded, and in my area the Esso fuel price was often higher than at other stations. In short, it was a card I kept only for emergencies, when there was no other option to avoid running out of fuel.

Despite this limited usage, I was repeatedly contacted by phone and email by their agents with insistently repeated requests for feedback. I gave my feedback several times, always saying more or less the same things:
	•	make credit card top-ups free, as competitors do;
	•	introduce real discounts based on the amount topped up, like Tamoil and Q8;
	•	create a simple, dedicated app to manage the card;
	•	stop investing in pushy sales calls that add no value and instead improve the actual conditions of the service.

However, I never had the impression that my feedback (or that of other customers) was really taken into account. The same questions kept coming back, as if nobody had read or understood my answers.

Then, quite suddenly, I received a communication that my cards would be cancelled due to inactivity. When I tried to log in to the platform to check my account and any remaining balance, I couldn’t access it. The password reset function did not work (no email ever arrived), and when I wrote to customer service I received no reply at all.

In conclusion, my experience with the Esso Card / WEX service has been a total disappointment: an uncompetitive product, intrusive and repetitive contact from agents, ignored feedback, poor digital tools and, finally, unilateral card cancellation followed by technical issues and zero customer support. Based on this, I cannot recommend this service.

I stopped by to get gas in my car I put 12.00$ in it they are holding my bank account hostage since 9:30 last night $108.00 for 12.00$ in gas that insane I called this morning and got lip service but no results I want you to release my funds now

Having used Directoil for the last few years I ordered again on 19 Nov with a due date of 3 Dec. Trying to communicate with them is impossible. I used the Contact Us on their website regarding a payment issue, no reply. Found a phone number online, on answering there is no confirmation that it is directoil, held on for 15 minutes and gave up. I then looked at their recent reviews and wished I hadnt! No oil by our due date so the day after I rang two companies that delivered to us via them in the past and luckily the second, Watson Fuels had us on their list for delivery only a day late. This caused us unnecessary stress and worry whether we would get our delivery. I will NOT be using them again and will go back to Boilerjuice who have an advertised contact phone number and far better customer service.
