We love the bed, each of us can have the "comfort" level that we want. Raising the level is also very quiet, unlike others we have tried. I would say the only issue is we weren't kept informed when the mattresses would arrive, but otherwise, excellent company - very personable. Thank you

Customer Service is incredible. Everything arrived the same day and set up the bed the same day. We are on the 25th night of sleep and have settled in on our sleep numbers. I only wish I would have bought the adjustable bed frame with all of the bells and whistles.

I felt the shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but I did get email confirmations. The new pump did not connect with the controller and had to be replaced. The service person I worked with was good, polite and the replacement unit was shipped quickly. New unit worked properly. The bed is great, my second from Personal Comfort.

The air mattress I paid $350.00 sprung a leak after 3 months, I informed the company and they apologized and sent me a new one, free of charge. I couldn't argue with that kind of customer service. I installed it the same day it arrived. I pumped it up to the 50# maximum. I used some soapy water to test for leaks around the connections and all looked tight with no leaks. My wife was in the guest bedroom and sat on the air bed and called me, said it feels like it's lost some air. I checked it and it only had 37# of air. I checked the air connections, still no leaks visible. I'm tired of messing with it. What am I to do now?? Personal Comfort reached out to me for more information, I sent them 3 pertinent numbers, we'll see what transpires.

I have had this bed for 6 years and love it. One of the blatters started leaking and they warranted it as promised.

One mattress on our Bed suddenly went flat, i emailed personal comfort to order a replacement , they explained clearly how to troubleshoot and find out if it was the Mattress or Pump, turned out to be the Mattress. To my surprise, they found the original purchase details, although it was purchased in 2018 it is still under prorated warranty!!! They mailed us a new one straight away.
Honestly, I have never experienced better service. Thank you so much to everyone involved, Personal Comfort are a fantastic company!!
