Contacted Rylee at PFL less than a month before we intended to travel. Permits were selling out fast and we were clueless about the ins and outs of places in Peru. Somehow, everything fell into place and we had a marvelous time. Thoroughly enjoyed the mystical, magical experience of Machu Picchu, Rainbow Mountain and other day trips from Cusco.
Ollantaytambo and Pisac felt like hidden gems and if we had more time, would have loved to stay there as well. Our guide Carmen was a treasure trove of information and very mindful of what we wanted to do, skip or delay. Thanks a ton for an experience of a lifetime.

I was very fortunate to find Peru For Less online and did not regret my decision to put my trust on them to organize a custom trip to Peru to visit Lima, Cusco, Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu. Planning with our Trip Advisor Urpi Herrera was very thorough and detailed taking into consideration our age (my sister and I are both in our late 70s) and our physical abilities to hike. Everything was seamless, from our airport arrival in Lima to the different transfers of locations and hotels. As if there's always a friend waiting to welcome us in each location. The drivers and guides were all on time, very pleasant and sensitive to our situation. I am also grateful for the private tour upgrade (without additional fee) that we received. The hotels were all in very good locations, and the staffs were very attentive to our comfort and needs. Our safety is their priority. Our trip to Machu Picchu was so unforgettable because of all these people who made it happen. If only I can name them all. It was stress free and most of all we felt safe all through out.
Definitely I'm using PFL again for another trip to South America.

Our Peru trip was wonderful and everything went smoothly. The guides and drivers showed up consistently on time and everything worked like clockwork. I loved the Uros floating islands, Aguas Calientes, Machu Picchu, the salt pools, and Cusco... but the Amazon cruise was my absolute favorite part. So much wildlife! The monkeys, dolphins, piranhas and piranha fishing, a tarantula, a huge anaconda, sloths, toucans, parrots....I loved every minute of it! The staff on the boat and the guides were all superb. I was a bit sad to say goodbye to them, they almost felt like family when we left. I loved shopping at the small Amazon villages and seeing all the villagers' handmade goods. My only gripe is I felt the time allotted for shopping was bit too short and I felt rushed. If you shop at the small Amazon villages for handmade souvenirs/items and there is something you like, my recommendation is to buy it! Because you will not find it again anywhere else in Peru.

Peru for Less made our seven day experience of Peru seamless,efficient,luxurious,and altogether wonderful. We were met at every juncture on time with all the necessary tickets and reservations and knowledgeable guides for private tours tailored to our wants and needs. The rooms and meals were fantastic so the trip was so comfortable with a very flexible timetable that allowed sight seeing and shopping and sampling of the native cuisine. We felt safe and cared for in every way.

The experience was outstanding Every knowledgeable staff. Great suggestions and quick and easy to book travels. I visited Peru and Bolivia with this company. Can’t wait to use then again in other countries in my future.

We Had such an amazing trip to Peru! It was our first time there and we were so surprised to see the travel Agent Rossy at the airport gate waiting on us. She gave us all the info we needed and made it so easy. Everything was set up for us so it was just following the itinerary each day and it all went smooth. Peru is Beautiful! We would definitely come back!

What a wonder filled trip filled with nature, exotic species, incredible Inca and pre-Inca ruins, sheer beauty, and warm hospitality. The guides were very knowledgeable and obviously took great pride in their heritage (all were born near where they now live and provide tourists their personal insights as well as ecological, cultural, naturalist and architectural details and history). Plus some nice hikes.

Peru for Less did an incredible job with all the logistics for our Peruvian adventure. Lots of moving parts to go from Lima to Cusco to 4 Day 3 night hike of the Inca Trail. All connections, tours, and especially the 26 mile trek from km82 to Machu Picchu were amazing. Urpi Herrera our representative did an outstanding job communicating with us and making sure every detail was booked and confirmed.

We loved that everything was taken care of. We have never been on a vacation where we didn't do the planning. We didn't have to do a thing except pay the bill. Thank you!

The company contacted me acknowledged they will work towards more transparent pricing. They refunded a portion of the agency fees demonstrating good customer service, hence I am updating the review and will consider them for future trips.

I booked my trip through **Peru for Less**, expecting good service at a fair price — but what I got was the opposite of their name. While the planning, accommodation, and execution were solid, the trip turned out to be **significantly overpriced**.

Once in Peru, I realized that nearly every hotel had public rate cards, and the math didn’t add up. What should have cost around **$1,600** ended up at **$2,275**, roughly a **40% markup** — far above the standard 20% travel agency margin.

The name *“Peru for Less”* is **misleading**. You’re actually paying *more* for convenience, not less for value. If you’re pressed for time and don’t mind overpaying, they’ll handle the logistics well. But if you can plan on your own, you’ll save a substantial amount for the same experience.

In short: smooth trip, good service — but **definitely not “for less.”**

Contacted several different Travel Companies for our bucket list trip to Peru. The bigger name companies were significantly more expensive, but after working with Maribell for several weeks on the itinerary, decided to go with Peru For Less. Maribell was always quick to respond and made great suggestions.
I was still nervous on how smooth everything would go once we were in Peru. Should not have worried.
From the time we landed in Lima and were met at the airport by the PFL representative, all the pickups and tours went seamlessly.
The tours in Lima, Cuzco, Sacred Valley, and Red Mountain were as advertised. We were really impressed by the tour guides, who were very knowledgeable, proud of their country, and communicated well in English.
All the hotels PFL booked us into exceeded our expectations. Clean, quiet, conveniently located, and great breakfast buffets.
PFL booked us with Alpaca Expeditions for the 4 day Inca Trail Trek. Alpaca Expeditions were incredible and it was an unforgettable experience.
The railroad to Aquas Caliente was shut down by protestors when we finished the Trek, PFL customer service was in constant communication with us and coordinated our walkout and bus ride back to Cuzco.

Marietta our planner did a fantastic job from planning everything we desired to flawless pickups, great accommodations, and polite and on time travel guides, Peru For Less made our trip an absolute joy.

Peru for Less was very responsive. They listened to all our needs and wants and created a schedule that was perfect for us. They were very patient with us and made our journey extremely easy! They had us feeling so spoiled by the end of our trip and we are so grateful to have booked with them! Booking was very easy and safe to do. My wife and I had a great time, and Peru for Less (Alejandro) organized everything almost perfectly. Hotels were nice and all the guides were very friendly. I will recommend others to use this tour company when they are ready to visit Peru.

first of all thank you to Rossy Leon for all her help in planning this amazing adventure. i’ll give it a 10+ everything was well planned all the tour guides from angel, gio and leo were great and very informative. the hotels were great and were in a great locations. the train was very nice and beautiful ride to machu pichu. and machu pichu itself was as beautiful. it sucked that it rained but it was still an amazing awesome experience. and than you for Rossy’s help guidances and suggestions. I will definitely highly be recommending your company and u as the travel advisor. i greatly appreciated everything and i greatly appreciate you for all your help. thank you rossy for the amazing adventure that u help me planned it was one in a lifetime experience and i want to thank rossy again and everyone who was a part of it.
