Nurx is such a complete disappointment. They let my prior authorization lapse, in June. When I contacted them, no apologies or explanation of what went wrong (I was hoping for at least an explanation so I could avoid the issue in the future?) They then submitted an incorrect prior authorization for one month, instead of 3. When I messaged them using the website option, they claimed my insurance was the issue. It was not, as I confirmed when calling my company. My insurance confirmed that they had only received the one month authorization. I went though endless loops of automatic messages with Nurx, and finally called my local gyno to submit a prescription. I don't think any real human reads Nurx messages. It is now mid December. This is unacceptable. Please do yourself a favor and do not use Nurx for anything other than UTI medication. That is the only thing they are capable of.

I agree with other reviews and am now assuming Nurx is siding with this administration to keep bc inaccessible. I use my medication to control my migraines as well, and can only warn you of the potential damage to your health through lapse of medication, as they couldn't care less. 

How is first month free when I paid for it so you owe me another month since I paid already want to keep my business be true to want you averting 

Filled out symptom questionnaire with obvious signs of sinus infections. I am a nurse. Maxillary pressure. Post nasal drip etc. Dr did not prescribe antibiotic and said to see a doctor in several days. The whole reason of this platform is to not have to go see a doctor in person. Pay money for what???? No help.

I've had numerous orders just flat canceled on me after receiving a confirmation email that the order was accepted. They never told me what the problem was until I asked them about the issue.  Then they told me first it was because the billing and shipping addresses  were different which their website allowed me to set.  Then they complained because I was using Amex.  Finally, I made sure that I used Visa and made the addresses the same  Then they canceled me again, and again they neve told me why. 
VERY UNRELIABLE, and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.  Their phone number must be a Google phone number because it doesnt even work all the time.  It told me "this number is temporarily unavailable".    How sketchy is that?
