Horrible.’i found a therapist, had two sessions. I decided he is not right match. And then got another therapist who was not available for two weeks, on the day of my session only 15 min before we start she cancelled the session and never got back to my msgs. And I contacted support they are not responsive.
I was supposed to have two weeks free but the second therapist wasted my time and contact is not responsive and last time I checked they dont do refunds. Horrible experience and waste of time and money. It is abusive like this when someone is already struggling

My first therapist seemed great at first but chose not to continue seeing me. She did not really explain why which did not help my reasoning for looking for therapy. My current therapist has been a good listener and validated my feelings about needing therapy. We are getting into a lot of stuff that is affecting me and has started to give more hands on ways to improve myself

Hello everyone, please someone HELP ME, I am reaching out to the community and seeking advice from  individuals who have worked with WCOB Ltd.  I started a Double Guarantee Program with them in Mexico. Unfortunately, the program was not completed, resulting in only one birth .My former case manager, Anastasia, confirmed that I am owed a refund balance of around $50,000 USD for the uncompleted portion of the contract. Despite my attempts to secure this refund, I have received only silence by the company so far. I have seen reviews on Trustpilot mentioning successful refunds, which gives me hope.

 Are there others in this community who are also waiting for a similar refund or who had an uncompleted Double Guarantee Program? Sharing our experiences could be mutually beneficial.

My goal is not to be confrontational but simply to recover the funds that are rightfully owed to me, as confirmed by my former case manager.

Also I can't reach anyone; the company is dissolved in Cyprus, and its status in Ukraine and Florida is unclear.
