Our rescue pup will not use regular pee pads. Ordered puppy pads hoping it would work, no luck. Reached out to TeamPuppyPads for suggestions. They responded quickly with some suggestions. Will try and hopefully success!

I have 2 shih tzus and they hate the cold - started peeing inside on carpet. I became so frustrated I searched on line and found your puppy pads, have only had a few mishaps by missing the edge of the pads. I have recommended these to a foster puppy mom and she loves them too. GOOD JOB! Thanks.
Best investment ever!
Best investment ever!! As soon as I received them and put it on the floor my girl Gertie sniffed it and immediately used it and goes to it every time she needs to. Thank you 🙏 it’s an amazing product . I highly recommend Puppypad to anyone and everyone.

Best Purchase Ever!
We purchased 6 pads. Boy, did that save us the costly purchases of the dog pads from local pet stores. The pads work very well. These 2 Bernedoodles can wreck havoc with dog pads. One of them loved to shred the dog pads making a much bigger mess. Best purchas ever!
Fewer accidents than with disposables
Arrived on time and my 15 year old Yorkie has only had one accident off the pad since I got them. Huge improvement over the disposables.

My dogs walk right past them and only use them about 50% of the time. They do leak out the sides. Upon ordering I was the 100 th customer and thought I was getting something free but turns out I was charged 50.00 for being so lucky. I emailed them right away and received a response that I could return the extra’s I was charged for. Yes, I pay shipping with a 5% restocking fee? They don’t work as well as stated, their 100th customer is a scam and their returns will cost me more than tossing them. Don’t waste your money.
Love those puppy pads!
My sister saw this item and suggested I try with our new pad trained puppy. We love them. So much easier than the leak thru plastic pee pads. Thanks Karen for suggesting!!!
Easy to order.
Easy ordering online ,customer service was good. Prices were extremely reasonable.
These pads are great
These pads are great! We love them. More importantly, my puppy loves them. We removed the plastic pads and waited. Within an hour, she was doing her business on the Puppy Pads. Yay!

From purchase to delivery seems just a bit over a week very quick by chick TikTok standards. Well, we haven’t used the puppy pad yet the moment we find the perfect puppy it will be his welcome mat.
They work!
At first I was quite sceptical about puppy pad, I didn’t believe it would change my dogs lapsadaisical toileting habits, however, I am happy to report that he actually uses the puppy pad, I mean I have very few episodes of having to clean up outside of the pad which is amazing! I’m gonna get some more!!!

Puppy pads work
Puppy pads work! Customer service responds quickly. Wish we could control our own subscription delivery though.
Great Experience
I am always hesitant to order online especially from a company I am not familiar with. I made a mistake when ordering and ordered the wrong size puppy pads. I could not have had a better experience with the customer service I received. They everything they possibly could to make sure I got what I wanted and was happy with their product. The pads are great quality and my puppy uses them consistently. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
First of all the advertising is way off…
First of all the advertising is way off base. They say that the pad attracts all dogs to the pad. UNTRUE. My dog will pee anywhere but on the pad. If I move it to where he peed previously he pees elsewhere. I used all the tips they gave me after I complained and still nothing worked. Also, it is not made in the US as stated by Puppy Pad as it shipped from China and upon receipt of the product it states made in China. Second, I requested a refund. They offered $10 (I paid $50). If I want to return I pay postage, and they will inspect it upon receipt and adjust my refund accordingly. So you are at the mercy of them. If you want it back due to the discrepancy in refund you would have to again pay postage. I'm not sure where the "good" reviews are coming from but they are clearly no representative of this product. Total scam!!!
Puppy pads
These puppy pads are awesome. They contain all the order and are easy to wash. They are a lifesaver. I highly recommend them.

Your commercial on TV is what made me think to purchase the puppy pads. We plan to get our puppy from a breeder, we know well. In the meantime, I am collecting all the necessary items and supplies necessary for her arrival. After our puppy arrives in the spring, I can better critique your puppy pads.

We love the pee pads we have two mini yorkie girls and they would still occasionally pee or poo beside their disposable pads but since we have gotten these they are doing soo good, I am glad I ordered 6 I will most likely be getting more in the near future. Keep up the awesome work you guys are doing I will be telling everyone I know that buys disposable pads to give yall a try. I am forever sold with these.
They Don’t Honor Their Cancellation Policy
Update 12/6/2025: Puppypad.co requested more information about my review and to also make sure that it is a review from an actual customer. I’m adding the email correspondence from Puppypad so they can verify that I am a genuine customer and hopefully understand that they did not honor their cancellation policy (please note that email addresses are not allowed in TrustPilot reviews).

Hi,
I just looked at your website and the price for the pads that I purchased the other night is now down to $119. I paid $149 for the pads. Will you honor the new price?
Thanks for your help.

Hi Lisa,
I do apologize about the late response. I hope you've been well!
Just to clarify the pricing with you. This was part of our Black Friday sale, and prices should be back to normal now. I do apologize if the order you placed was at an inopportune time.
Don't worry, we do have Sales and sometimes even limited time designs available during holidays, so feel free to check our website when you're able!
If you have other questions or concerns, do let us know, we're more than happy to help.

Hi Danielle,
I’ll be returning my entire puppy pad order and the add-on as soon as they arrive. I don’t like pricing games. I also don’t like that it took you 6 days to reply to my price inquiry message on November 20, 2025. I had the opportunity to purchase them at the Black Friday sale, but, again, I didn’t hear back from you.
As soon as the orders arrive, I’ll be in contact with you to begin the return.

They offer a cancellation before an order ships by contacting them via email. I placed an order. The price dropped $30 before my order was shipped. I sent an email right away asking to either honor the price drop, or cancel my order. I didn’t get a response for six days. In their response, I was told that my purchase “was placed at an inoppertune time.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I replied immediately and told them that I would be returning my order as soon as I received it. I don’t like companies playing fast and loose with my money. I didn’t get a response from them so I disputed the charges when the package arrived. After I disputed the charges, I got an email with instructions on how to return the order. Since I wasn’t able to cancel my order according to their cancellation policy, I had to pay for return shipping.
Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The fact that they didn’t honor their policy of being able to cancel the order before the order shipped is reason enough for me to give them a one star rating. If I could rate them zero or lower I would.
