10 days come and go and it's not even been shipped never mind received. Daughter's birthday has been and gone, no response from the website having to do a chargeback for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

Couldnt even order since the website doesnt even work. Tried one Highlighter in Sephora then and was soo underwhelming. Was about to buy the powder highlighter in the lightest shade. It was advertised as natural and glowy without big glitter particels but when i tried it on my hand it was quite glittery.. so a no for me.
Disappointed in Rare Beauty’s consistency
The packaging looked nice and the vegan claim was great, yet the foundation oxidised on my skin and the blush didn’t last more than a few hours. Customer service responded, but the replacement process took forever.
Very Very Slow Delivery
The shipping method rare beauty uses takes a very long time. I have international orders being delivered faster than rare beauty orders. On average, it takes 2-3 weeks to have your order delivered. It takes about 4 days for them to process the order, then they ship out the order using DHL. But from the time you receive the tracking information to when the details of the package actually gets updated, takes about 3-4 days. DHL tracking shows awaiting package. Then finally, the updated tracking details are shown but now you're being told that the package is actually being delivered by USPS. So in turn it takes over 2 weeks, closer to 3 weeks to have your order received. I did at occasion have it take almost 4 weeks.
Customer Service doesn't exist
Customer service for rare beauty is non-existent. I placed an order weeks ago, it said it shipped next day, never came. I have emailed them multiple times, no response. I checked tracking and it only actually shipped 2 days ago .. says it'll arrive next week. It was meant to be a birthday gift. So now I've had to buy something else. If you want their stuff get it from Sephora because wow... Ordering from the site, you'll never receive it! No response and no product weeks later.
Will never order from there again
Will never order from there again. Placed an order on the 7th of August - got an email the next day that the order was shipped. But then nothing happened and the tracking didn’t update - I gave it some time and then contacted them. I ended up having to chase them up 5 times, re-explain the situation each time… all of them kept telling me different things, some said the order was in transit, some said it’s not been shipped.. they would always ask me to give it X more days and then get back in touch. Finally someone escalated it to a manager and they cancelled the order and placed a replacement order which has now finally arrived (a month later). Of course they were also out of stock of something I ordered (the perfume travel set). Could have thrown a full size on in there or anything really, a small discount for the next order - but nope. Terrible customer service all around
Don’t bother using
Placed an order on the 8th August it’s not the 22nd and it’s still not received. Can’t even get a refund for a birthday gift which has now passed. Would not buy from rare beauty again!

I called them and I was advsied about a policy...what 15 year old is going to read a policy! Needless to say...they didn't care.....we will not be purchasing ANY Rare Beauty products ever again!

Also the tracking status has also not been updated since.I have contacted them several times and still nothing has changed. Of course, they took my money and will not return it. Very disappointed customer
Very disappointed customer. Ordered products mid November and still waiting on delivery. Tracking status has also not been updated since late November. After several emails to try to find out on latest delivery update I did receive a response. However no additional help on actually chasing up on my order other than recommending I keep checking the tracker update. Would highly recommend to stay away from this company.
Complete lack of customer service
Complete lack of customer service. Ordered 3 items and never received any of them and my credit card was charged promptly. Emailed, messaged and commented on social media posts. My daughter opened a box containing a lip gloss on Christmas instead of the 3 overpriced actual items I ordered and paid for. (none of which were lip gloss!) Horrible company with zero customer service. Stay away.
Shipping to Europe is a disaster
As a customer from Europe (the Netherlands), I currently do not recommend purchasing Rare Beauty products through their website.
When you order products via the website, they have to be shipped from the United States. This shouldn't be a problem in principle, but the delivery of my order has been a complete disaster.
After receiving your order confirmation, you won't get any updates on the shipment of your package until it has been accepted by the delivery service, in this case, GLS. After waiting two weeks with no updates, GLS sent me a notification that my package would arrive within two days. They showed up the next day while I was at work. Unfortunately the driver claimed that I "refused" my package. Both Rare Beauty and GLS are difficult to reach, so my package has now been sitting at the GLS depot for several days. Sadly, it also looks like my package will be sent back to the U.S...
It's not Rare Beauty's fault that the GLS driver made a mistake, but because both companies are nearly impossible to contact directly, I won't be ordering again until Rare Beauty has a distributor in the Netherlands.
I've heard that Sephora sells Rare Beauty products in Europe, so I would recommend ordering from there or visiting one of their stores.
Unfortunately, things have turned out the way they have, and I’ll probably have to give my Christmas gifts after Christmas (if they even arrive at all).
So, Rare Beauty,
It might not be a bad idea to look for distributors within Europe and make your customer service more accessible.
Hopefully, this will improve in the future.

The one star is for customer service! Or lack of! I’ve sent DM’s, emailed and commented on posts, had zero reply regarding an order that I need for Christmas! Avoid!
I would not recommend to purchase…
I would not recommend to purchase pressed products. The company ships them fully crushed. I ordered 4 pressed blushes and only one can be used. Lost almost 63 USD. No answer from the seller and no help at all. I was fully ignored.
