Lost property not handled.
Hi, the first of October (one week ago) I took a plane from Copenhague to Venice, I forgot my AirPods Pro 2 in the seat 2f bag that is by the window (I have adhd and autism so I forget things sometimes). I went to claim my AirPods to Venice and I found out that they weren’t handled by the crew, the last location was in Venice airport, this means somebody has reset the AirPods and kept them. I know by fact the AirPods were left there because I had them on until we were landing and I took them off for the landing and never took them from there.
Extremely disappointing experience.
Extremely disappointing experience.
After years of flying with Ryanair using the same small backpack, I was suddenly told it’s too large — despite having purchased priority boarding. Staff were rude and unprofessional, complaining about hanging straps on the bag. Completely unacceptable behavior.

AVOID RAYANAIR and NATIONAL EXPRESS at any rate
NE ticket number: RRCX7753
RAYNAIR reference number: TUBNGN
I booked a flight Ryanair on the 29th of April 2025 with assistance as I have a disability and in the web site I booked a National Express ticket for the same day London Victoria- Stanstead Airport and return.
On the 29th I arrived at London Victoria before 3pm to get the coach at 3pm, we were waiting but the 3pm coach was not there, people started to be anxious as most were worried to lose their flight. No announcement was given, nobody knew anything and worst a man in red flashing vest came and after a while he told us the 3pm coach was cancelled because air conditioning was not working and that day was a hot day, but it was ok for the coach company having us to lose our flight. People was furious, angry and upset because of they were being treated and most of all they were losing their flight. We had an argument involving us and this man as he said he did not know , they were no responsible, National Express of course was responsible.
At 3.30pm we went to get on the coach, and they do not let me in because they said I bought a ticket with no time therefore they did not care if I was losing the flight. I suffer from a disease, and I have a disability therefore this push me in panic mode. I replied very anxious, I bought a ticket in Ryanair website and I had a ticket like everybody else, they said I wanted to get a cheap ticket and instead I had to pay the full price, what a stupid thing to say. Furthermore, they said I did not buy from National Express website and the confirmation I received from national express was not valid. I asked why Ryanair is selling National Express tickets they replied they did not know and they do not have any sorts of agreement because on my confirmation page was saying restricted to availability, therefore Ryanair it is selling tickets that do not exist and profiting with no agreement whatsoever with National express, despite I received a ticket confirmation from National Express.
At one point I said I must get on the coach as I am losing my flight and the driver of the coach blocked me and he did not let me in, I said I have a disability and I must get on the coach but he was very angry at me and he started to insult me because I wanted to get on the coach as they said I did not have the ticket, despite having paid for 2 tickets on the Ryanair web sites. I was feeling tremendously unwell, sick and I stated to shake all over my body, I left panicking, and I went to the ticket office where they said they could not convert my ticket as the ticket I bought in Ryanair web site was not valid. I asked which kind of agreement they have for me to receive a confirmation from National Express when they do not recognise my tickets. Nobody knew anything , therefore I had to buy a new ticket for the 4 pm and too late to get on my flight.
National Express and its staff, behaved unacceptably especially as I said all of them, I had a disability and nobody listened to me, they left me having panics attacks and I was so on edge I was feeling sick and vomiting and I cried all my tears as I was totally desperate. They took advantage of my weaknesses and I had unimaginable high level of stress that left me a week in bed for the pan all over my body and. It is unacceptable we are still at the point were disable rights are trashed by everyone and above all companies that do not have any sort of respect for the vulnerable and the less fortunate. It is a scandal in our society that this is still happening.
I cannot believe how they have no RESPECT for anyone and cancel a coach saying nothing to customers waiting with massive arrogance and totally lacking any sort of care for anyone, they said they have nothing to do with it. They did not want to call the manager in charge as some requested and left all of us stranded, it WAS VERY CLEAR THEY WANTED TO PUNISH US as we complained because of coach cancellation at 3pm and they wanted REVENGE, they objective is having REVENGE on people who rightly complained for something it should not have happened AND ME IN PARTICULAR AS THEY TRIGGERED ME TO GO OFF IN PANIC MODE and I could not control any longer my anxiety, despite having told them they did not care at all and carried on shouting at me saying they did not care at all and I to pay full price as I should. Furthermore, they did not let me on the bus and driver blocked me to board despite having paid a ticket to Ryanair NOT RECOGNISED BY NATIONAL EXPRESS despite sending me the confirmation.
This is a further confirmation our EQUALITY ACT 2010 is not working at all for disable, vulnerable and diverse people but works only for companies as it is full of loopholes were the vulnerable are over and over penalised for no fault of their own.
I will never try again with Rayanair…

Cheap at First, But Costs You More in the End!
I booked a Ryanair flight thinking I was getting a great deal, but by the time I arrived at my destination, I had spent nearly three times the original ticket price. They charge you for everything—seat selection, carry-on bags, even water! Yes, you read that right. You have to pay for water on a flight.
The experience itself was just as bad. The seats were cramped, uncomfortable, and barely reclined.
Honestly, it’s not worth the stress. If you think you’re saving money, think again—by the time you pay for all the "extras," you could’ve just booked with a better airline. Never again!
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service at Copenhagen airport. No manager/supervisor was available to talk with to solve problem. Staff refuse to give their name to prepare report of their action. Don't trust their low fair flights as it becomes very expensive with this poor services.
I missed flight , hotel and return flight for our winter holidays and never try them again.
Ryanair (Ruin-air) cannot even be called a COMPANY
Ryanair cannot even be called a COMPANY
So that this doesn't happen to ANYONE ELSE, I want to record the allegedly intentional and continued "exaction" by ryanair (in lowercase for what you can read later) as if they were pickpockets, even though they are not, in two dark and dead-end alleys, and, finally, to inflict a punishment, which my wife and I suffered, not only in the process of buying tickets from this pseudo-airline company (pseudo-company for what you can read later) but also when boarding the plane.
Continued "exaction":
1. First: when I bought the tickets I bought 2 additional suitcases (the bag allowed in the cabin is not enough for a weekend) for the outbound trip since, according to what I read on the ryanair website, the return trip fare included "priority" and 2 additional suitcases. However, to my amazement, when I checked in 2 days before the outbound flight, the website of this pseudo-airline showed the message that the “priority” had run out (first dark alley and dead end) and therefore, the 2 suitcases that I had already paid for the outbound flight were no longer included, and therefore I was forced to buy another 2 suitcases for the return trip. First “tax” in a dark alley with no exit.
2. Second: when boarding the return trip with the boarding passes already taken out (as I said 2 days before the outbound flight, - if they allow you to take the outbound and return boarding passes before the outbound flight) and with the 2 additional suitcases previously purchased, while we were waiting in line, ryanair asked us for the boarding passes and when they read them they asked us to go to the front of the queue, without further explanation (second dark alley). When we got to the start of the queue, they forced us to pay another 47.98€ for the suitcases we had paid to board the plane (no exit), but even if we paid again, they forced us to carry them in the plane's hold. The strange explanation, although well thought out, for the interests of this pseudo-company was that the payment I had made previously meant checking in the suitcases, as it appeared in the small print, no, very small print on the boarding pass (we were still in the dark alley), but since the check-in had already closed, they told me that I had paid for a service I had not used, and that therefore if I wanted to board the plane I had to pay for the suitcases. It must be said that it was the last plane leaving the island of Menorca (the alley gets darker and the lack of exit is even more obvious, if possible). Finally, they told us that they would attend to us after ALL the passengers had boarded (also inflicting a punishment).
I have put the name of this pseudo-company in lowercase on purpose, since this “entity” does not even deserve the consideration of being able to bear a name that begins with a capital letter due to its way of doing business, with “exactions” from its clients in blind alleys, with previous preparation on its part and leaving in advance in writing its “rules” to commit its “exactions”, taking advantage of the carelessness, forgetfulness or relaxation of its supposed clients, especially when they go on a well-deserved vacation after working for a long time, in order to be able to pay for them, and, by the way, paying taxes so that there is a regulation that allows them to defend themselves against such pseudo-companies. In this sense, it seems that there is a regulation that prohibits charging airlines for customers' cabin luggage, but this pseudo-company apparently prefers to pay the fine and continue charging in abundance, so it seems that the regulation does not work in this case either.
It also deserves to be treated as a pseudo-company, as it generates frustration, uneasiness, bad humour and a feeling of deception in its supposed clients, and also by design of its own governance, with intention (they know perfectly well what they are doing), being far from generating value and good for society and the appropriate governance that any company today carries out and maintains since its creation, by design. I cannot understand how anyone can found and manage a company with such a “culture”, that does what ryanair does and live with a clear conscience. Surely this is not the case and it is the penance of its founder.

Zero stars for the airline with a double standards
Airline with a double standards. Zero stars!
Airline where you're allowed to bring additional plastic bags full of alcohol but you're not allowed to have 2cm bigger bag which still fits perfectly to the luggage hatch.
Airline where personal preferences of the staff on the gate is the decisive factor you will be charged for that 2cm or not as not every passenger is checked even if everyone have different size of the bags and some of them still looks too big.
Airline where you can flight out with the bag but you can't flight back with the same bag cause it's suddenly too big.
Airline which will put prices triple times more when there is half term in the school.
Airline which offers 'cheaper' tickets but will charge you everything else so the price will be the same like with other (better) airlines.
Airline with not clear system of the fees as the prices on the website are totally different than when they charge you in real and if you ask them to prove that the fee you paid is correct that won't provide any information, they will just close the case to avoid confrontation.
The worse experience ever! Don't recommend this airline!
Never again Rayanair
I’ll never suggest to anyone to use this airline. We paid for priority which comes with 10KG luggage. When I was flying from Leeds and everything was good and fine. We have not bought much from marrakech and that was five days trip. When we came back and did the check in. They said my luggage tires are big and I have to pay €70.
I fought for it because everything was fine and lady on Ryanair desk used the F word and said make way for other people. I asked for supervisor and she said go find yourself. No one was there to help and listen. I’ve depression and can’t take these situations well. I take medicines also when I asked them from Leeds they checked our luggage and she said they have not done their job properly.
They were not giving me boarding passes and shouting at me that I can’t go without paying. This was my only option. I’ll pay more and go with somewhere else. It’s not good for anyone.
Terrible experience
I recently flew with Ryanair on flight FR3160 from Barcelona to Bristol on May 3, 2024, with my family. Despite having purchased priority boarding, a staff member named Allan (shown on his name badge) rudely removed our bags from the overhead compartment, questioning if we had priority bags. His manner was confrontational and felt discriminatory, as no other passengers were treated this way. When I asked for his name to file a complaint, he initially refused. Ryanair's response to my complaint has been unsatisfactory, as they have refused to acknowledge the issue. Very disappointed with their customer service and handling of discrimination concerns.
Worse airline company EVER
Worse airline company EVER. Be ready to get off the plane with huge headaches, body pain, and a feeling you won't ever want to repeat such a horrible experience. Worse personnel ever too.

My first and last trip with rayanair.
I got the police called on me when I asked why only black males are asked for their passports during boarding on a rayanair flight, the staff was rude and lied to the police until I asked them to check the cameras,
I missed my best friend’s wedding because of this airliner. And don’t get me wrong I worked in the tourism industry for years and the horror stories I heard from hundreds of people made le always avoid rayanair. I booked my trip with Malta airlines but it’s actually operated by rayanair.
