Installers were awesome,sales people and people measuring not so much. Missed stair carpet on order. Short on wood flooring 3 boards causeing us a month in unnecessary delays.

We were treated very good. Michael was most helpful in assisting us with the financial part. Our salesman was very nice.

Everything worked well getting the order done. I am not happy that RC Willey’s insurance cannot be purchased for online only orders.
