I first started with Hello Fresh in 2016 and had learned so many culinary skills and how to really cook a meal!!! I have grown with Hello Fresh as they have grown and changed their menus for everyone’s dietary needs. I continue ordering Hello Fresh even when I moved from Washington State in 2023 to California.  Thankfully Hello Fresh does let you skip orders as I had to do with the move.  In 2024, I had to stop my ordering and actually cancelled my membership due to financial constraints.  I had to cancel for a year and I was so distraught to have to do this!  This company and recipes taught me to basically cook!  

But, what I learned is we have to eat and Hello Fresh offers the meals we need and is not that much more than getting items from the grocery store!   In 2025, I reinstated my membership as I really MISSED IT!!! Hello Fresh took me right back to the status I was before cancelling and offered me many free items for reinstating!  I was really surprised to see how much they had grown and I how many selections they had to offer per week as well as add-ons.  I am so pleased to be back! I like how they also offer all kinds of levels of culinary skills from easy to hard and list them!  I like to continue to challenge my skills.  

My only complaint is sometimes the packing of items needs some care making sure meat packages are not forced open by ice packs being placed too heavily on them!  When I call on any complaint, customers service is awesome!  

Hello Fresh is a Wonderful company and I hope I can continue with them indefinitely as they continue to grow and listen to customers and what their needs and wants are!

It’s easy to review selections and place order. Very fast order processing and shipping. I received my order sooner than I expected in perfect condition.

Always very tasty and great portions for the value. Truly a hidden gem the locals love and, I selfishly hope it doesn't become too popular because we love it! But then, I wish the great success because they earn it!

Multiple orders lately I have had missing items from the orders. I report it and receive a credit, but the credit amount never matches the cost of the item. I ordered a value meal tonight, was missing the sandwich. Was refunded $3......the sandwich alone costs $7. So after reordering and paying the fees again, paying the taxes again, after the credits I still paid $9. Never again

Very disappointed in the sandwich. Bread was so hard and dry I could eat the last 2 inches on either end of the sandwich. There wasn't hardly any meat in it (I literally had to open it up and look for it) and veggies were wrong. The bread was even smaller than usual, it was really small. What a joke. I will have a hard time ever going back to Subway after this. 

I've ordered Top Chef Meals for several years, and am rarely disappointed. I'm particularly happy about not having to order on a set schedule. I've narrowed my list of favorites after trying many of their offerings and hope they always keep those favs on the menu!

The flatware from Knork feels really well made — sturdy, balanced, and comfortable to hold. Their unique beveled fork design actually makes cutting food easier, which is clever and practical. Ordering was smooth, delivery was quick, and their customer service stayed responsive throughout.
