Hello, I’ve been dealing with Centerville for a few years now since 2020. I have Airbnb‘s and I’m changing them all over to that. Had a few problems with them mostly the motherboard. I was happy with the product that came. It worked fine. The only issue I had is I ordered it on November 26 And for some reason it never went out until a few days ago. I had to call about four or five times cause I never got a tracking number until Wednesday. Which was over a week. But when I got the tracking number, I got it in a couple days so I was very happy. I do like your product a lot and I do like your service so I’m not complaining. I just wish they would’ve got it out a little bit quicker

Senville Gets A Two Thumbs Up

Senville is a great company in my opinion! Fast shipping along with Great customer and technical assistance. I would put their units up against any of the other major brands. Especially due to their price! Have purchased many of these units along with friends and family. Keep them serviced as you would with any heat pump. Oldest unit (approximately 5-6 years in age) doesn't get turned off. It's on heat or cool 24/7/365 days a year except for maintenance. More than satisfied!
