Total Disappointment
I received the shoes I ordered, but unfortunately, they’re too small. I’ve been trying to contact the store for over a week to request a size exchange, and I haven’t gotten a single response. No phone number, no reply to emails, nothing. For a store that claims to offer easy returns and exchanges, this is completely unacceptable. The lack of customer service makes it feel like a scam. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I’d strongly suggest others avoid this site too.
