I would avoid buying from this company…
I would avoid buying from this company if at all possible.
Extended delays on delivery of items and when the company were contacted regarding the issues they told blatant mistruths about the courier having attempted delivery despite photographic evidence regarding the tracking.
The items actually come from China despite being advertised as an American company.
When the boots finally arrived they did not make me two inches taller as advertised but less than an inch, they are also a completely different colour (red rather than the advertised brown) and I wouldn’t think they are leather from the look, feel and smell of them.
Update December: having tried to engage with the company about a resolution they want the boots returned to China (costs just short of £30) to do this.
Delivery updates and product quality.
