Bad customer service

I have ordered here several times without any issues. Recently, I placed a new order. It was supposed to be shipped on November 3rd and arrive by November 20th at the latest. It is now December 8th, and I still haven’t received it.
I have tried contacting customer service several times, starting two weeks ago, but received no response…
Do not buy here — once something goes wrong, there is no help at all.
If anyone from Showroomprive is reading this, here is the order number: 337250061

Excellent online discount store

I have been buying at showroomprive since a long time and I find so much good stuff which is otherwise very difficult to find. Sometimes I discover altogether new products and new tastes. And everything at a very attractive price.

Do not sign up for showroom prive...

Do not sign up for showroom prive.... there is no help and noone cares. A package never arrived i wrote to them 3 times. They dont even answer me...

Its not worth even signing up with showroom.... better go on veepee.... they are helpful and respond with good products and prices.

Firstly

Firstly, They sell the broken items. Secondly, they delivered wrong item. Asked for refund, they denied and asked the customer to contact to the 3rd bank by herself.
Finally, lost money and never received the refund or apologize from them.
Strongly not recommend for this site 👎🏼.

6,50€ to return something !!!! Forget it. It is too expensive. I've had enough. It is cheaper even free with the other companies. I won't order again.

Je comprends votre position par rapport aux frais de renvoi de votre colis.

En effet, s'il s'agit d'une erreur de notre part, les frais de retour sont entièrement à notre charge.

Par contre, dans la mesure où l'article reçu correspond à celui que vous avez commandé, les frais de retour sont à la charge du client.

Afin que Showroomprivé puisse proposer les meilleurs tarifs à l’ensemble de nos membres, les frais de retour ne sont pris en charge que lorsque le colis livré ne correspond pas à la commande initiale.

Nous souhaitons être transparents en ne facturant pas des frais cachés à nos membres. Nous préférons que le membre règle les frais au moment du renvoi plutôt que de réinjecter ces coûts de renvoi de façon cachée.

S’il en allait différemment, le prix unitaire de chaque article s’en verrait modifié à la hausse.

Showroomprive ARE SCAMMERS

Showroomprive are actually scammers, especially when you order via Klarna. First you order items in one order with one delivery cost amount. Then they split the order into a few smaller deliveries and then invoice delivery fee for each delivery. THEN they add 13euros fee on top of each each delivery. I AM NOT PAYING FOR YOUR INEFFICIENT LOGISTICS! I SEE THAT THEY SHIFTING THEIR MERCHANT FEES FROM KLARNA TO ME AS THE CUSTOMER. FIRSTLY THIS IS DISHONESTY, DECEIT AND SCAMMING! tHEN THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS, AND THEIR PHONE NUMBER DOESNT WORK. SO THIS MEANS AS A CUSTOMER I CANT TALK TO ANYONE.
Here are the details:
4 January 2023 (direct cash order): I placed one order with 2 items. Showroomprive split the order into 2 orders (276406211 & 276406212) with 4,99+3,99 charges = 8,98 delivery fees
16 january 2023 (via Klarna): I placed one order with 8 items. Showroomprive split the order 3 times (277197581, 277157198, 277197582) with each split order costing me 3,99X3 = 11,97 delivery fees
22 january 2023 (via Klarna): I placed one order with 12 items. Showroomprive split the order 3 times(277592757, 277592758, 277592763) with each split order costing me 4,99X3 = 14,97 delivery fees
31 january 2023 (via Klarna): I placed one order with 6 items. Showroomprive split the order 4 times (278150516, 278150518, 278150519, 278150522) with each split order costing me 4,99X4 = 19,96 delivery fees
16 February 2023 (via Klarna): I placed one order with more items, Showroomprive split the order 7 times (279206037, 27920603739, 27920603742, 27920603744, 27920603745, 27920603746, 27920603748)
Total delivery fees charged by Showroomprive = 55,88euros
You only see these charges (after returning some items) when they have confirmed the order and at the time I didn’t check if they correspond with what I was initially charged when I placed the orders. It is only now when I check amounts due that they gave to Klarna that I see that Showroomprive have added this ridiculousness.
Showroomprive then charged me: 7,98 +13euros per order = 20,98 per returned order.
They don’t even have the decency to answer emails or send an invoice for me to see what these additional costs are for. I have also taken this matter to the relevant authorities.

THIS IS ROBBERY!!!

First time and never again !

First time and never again !

You buy a sweater, they send you shoes ! You then have to pay to send it back and you don't see the money for several weeks (over 2 weeks now)
What site is this?
Zalando Lounge, a similar site, reimburses the amount the day after you ship the item back and it is free !

Completely Wrong order

We ordered 7 pairs of shoes mid of June. Beginning of July, we received our parcel with 7 pairs, but wrong sizes (ll types of sizes) and wrong models (all types but the the ones ordered)! Nothing corresponded with our order except the brand of the shoes.

Now we have to send the parcel back, but because we're in Belgium we need to pay the transport first and... hopefully we will be reimbursed of the postal fee (we'll see if this happens).

The excuse gave on the phone was "Well this might be because we didn't have those models anymore" Well then you don't send anything and contact the customer!

NEVER MORE!! Don't even try to waste your time ordering on this website

I am so outraged that, although I don't normally post online reviews, I decided this time it needs to be done, to warn other potential customers and prevent them from getting ripped off, just like me.
In March 2014, I ordered a few things from the Showroomprive.be website (the prices were seducing, indeed); I received the order (in a plastic bag, no box), but one of the items didn't fit, so I decided to send it back (at my own cost! no free return...). Guess what. I never received the money back!!!!!
On 21 September 2015, out of the blue, I received an email from the company asking me to send them IBAN number of my account (as if it already wasn't registered under my profile).... So, all hopeful, I replied, providing the required information and looking forward to receiving my money at last.
Guess what n.2! It's March 2016 and still no sign of me getting reimbursed by Showroomprive.be !
I don't understand how they can still operate on the market without any intervention form the authorities. This company should have been out of business long time ago.

Unfortunately, due to a technical bug, we could not process the refund by reversed transaction. We do not have any information of the bank account number when we register your payment. Nevertheless, we have never received your e-mail with your bank information, so we were unable to make the refund by bank transfer.
