You don't have the option of refund at cancellation, the refund button is non existent and mail is not responded. Also note that they can charge your card without recourse to you. There is a $3 charge per content after the $8 subscription. I consider this acts criminal and would advice anyone to stay clear from this app. I could not even create one video as it only gave me still image with voice over instead of video I asked it to create. Not recommended

Got the help I needed in a very short time. Everything is sorted and I've tried it. Seems great so far. Big thanks for the help.

I originally fell for one of those ads that’s like “THE ONLY TIME YOU’LLL EVER SEE THIS OFFER!“ (idk if that’s exactly what it said, but made me feel like that.) Then I fell for adding paid upgrades, which I don’t even remember what they were.. attended the orientation via Zoom where a guy blabbing the whole time and then reading each persons individual question in the chat… it was unorganized and uninformative- unless you were in one of the specific categories asked about. I didn’t want to sit through all those questions, just to get ONE of mine answered, so I just left.. but this was after hours into it and what looked to be only halfway through! So I just jumped on the site and figured it out on my own, which was pretty simple to do. It’s Self explanatory but also AI is doing all the heavy lifting... It’s literally as easy as chatting your idea into existence. I made an app, which also brought into play an editor- similar to when you’re designing a Wordpress type website, which made it easy to customize text, colors, background, etc. Overall it was pretty impressive. That was until about halfway through it told me I had an additional balance of $16 that I had to pay before I could continue… which I paid, but was then charged another $12 only a few mins later- after only two more prompts?? Apparently I only had a certain number on prompts with the original purchase, which I was not aware of (it was marketed just like “build whatever you want!” Type thing- which I figured meant I could build a full app. Most of those prompts were spent correcting errors that the AI made or repeatedly requesting things it didn’t do- then when it went to fix the errors, some text or other details would change or revert back, so I’d have to re-request and on and on. Which.. fine.. I can be patient.. but once my original prompt limit ran out so quickly, then I was charged twice in 5mins for prompts I had used to correct AI errors, I decided to search for similar AI app building sites, found one, tried to build the same app, and was blown away by the difference. The second site provides 25 free prompts every day- which basically was enough to get my entire base app (plus a few advanced features) built in the one day, since I did not have to keep repeating requests due to its errors. It’s also much more intuitive and does its AI thing like you’d expect…. For instance I asked it to create a numerology reading app… it set up a launch page that collects customer details- then it generated a full numerology reading from those details. The calculations determined the correct numbers for each diff part which is incredible and I’m shocked by the accuracy and depth of the readings generated. I also have not had to waste a single pro,pt correcting its mistakes. The monthly plan for this other one is only $16 a month and includes all that I need.

The point of this review is not to just sh*t all over SuperCool (but that’s a really dumb name.. tbh), I’m just sayin for their app to be as awesome as they portray it to be at creating your apps/ websites/ etc… you’d think they’d be able to make THEIRS better with it??
It’s almossst there, but it does need work. I was actually pretty impressed by it until I was charged extra… twice.. and then found out these things can be even more impressive elsewhere. But I think it has potential if it can fix these things..and quick.. because unfortunately others are way ahead of them

Ghost-signed me to Deal.AI at the same time. Attempted to take monies from my bank without notification. Avoid!!

I signed up for SuperCool and some of their other platforms on a whim and am pleasantly surprised by how present they are in the business. They offer support calls and onboarding to help users make the most of their platform. Looking forward to learning more and using this to enhance my work and offerings.

OMG!! I love, love, love Super Cool. I was able to finish my song with music and a singer, and although I love to sing, I wouldn't have been able to complete my beautiful song.
I would have only had the lyrics to a dream that would have never been realized.

This ai tool has elevated not only my understanding of what REAL ai can do for me and my business, it's already DONE it with one task!

This is the most amazing tool I've ever used! Within minutes I was able to create a song, finish a book I was stuck on and a custom presentation. It's accurate, fast and I love that I can see it actually doing the work.

I have just purchased SuperCool and am very impressed with what it can do. I was on the training call today (12/5/25) and have been blown away. The ideas are overflowing and I can't wait to try some on this platform. I use various AI now and sometimes get confused on which one I used for what, with this I can do it all in one place.

Right out of the box I prompted it to write me a business plan and I’m thrilled with the 14 Page report. Nice detail super easy, totally inspiring! I feel that with super cool AI I have the support I need to finally turn my business dreams a reality. PS. Love the music creation feature, I’m going to upgrade my personal theme song next.

I am very new to AI and I joined to 'give it a go' at the really affordable $8 monthly price. I was very surprised at the quality of work produced at my first attempt. I have had an idea in my head for a few years for a new business concept that is unique. Without really knowing what I was doing with prompting Supercool understood my ideas completely and at the end of my session I had a complete business plan, name ideas, a mascot created, a full development plan for my developer including relevant code - and then Supercool created a 30 day MVP plan for me including code again. There was so much more that Supercool delivered that was totally unexpected but totally appreciated. As well as creating all of this WITH me Supercool provided me with lots to think about and I found that I was coming up with new ideas just by chatting with the AI. Based on my initial experience I can't thank Supercool enough and I am now a user for the long-term.

I agree totally with Mike Mitchell's opinion on the matter. I thought that the agreement to the $8.00 per month plan, was for unlimited usage of the Supercool AI platform. I also felt totally pressured into signing up for the 'deal.ai' and the 'Famous.ai' at the sign up stage for Supercool, being made to believe that I wouldn't be getting the full Suoercool deal without signing up for these additions! So under the guise of what I believed to be 'unlimited AI access', I went ahead and asked the platform to make two short videos to two of my wife's children's songs. The end result was nothing like what is featured in the advertisements on Facebook! The Disney quality production, and all! Instead it was very average. For this privilege, to my horror on the first occasion / day that I've used my monthly plan, I find out that I've already used: $16.55 of $8 build credit used. it's shocking really, and very underhand. At the soonest opportunity I will be cancelling the subscriptions to all three that I felt I was coerced into signing up for. I haven't even logged onto the 'deal.ai' and the 'Famous.ai' links, that were sent to my email address, it will undoubtedly be the same underneath scam, of extra charges...

Ok, since doing the original review above, I've been contacted via email, by 'Johnathan' and the subscriptions to 'deal.ai' and the 'Famous.ai' have been cancelled and money is being refunded. I've asked to cancel the Supercool subscription and this has been done also. I don't know how the other AI platforms like Grok and ChatGPT operate, but if it's a similar set-up, as in, you agree to paying them a monthly subscription and then are subsequently charged extra, for tasks thst you input to the platform, then I would avoid them all like the proverbial plague....

Love what we covered in the webinar but it sounds like it can do so much more and I’m really interested in learning about its full capabilities, I’m sure are endless and infinite depending on what your own mind is capable of conceiving. I guess it pays to already have a clear idea of what it is you desire before locking it in. Clear intentions. Looking forward to experimenting further with this technology:

SuperCool is truly super cool! During the webinar, utilizing Terry's great hints and examples I rendered a 28 page Booklet that I have been unable to find any other AI Designer to design and layout. It only cost me $2. However, I will say that the formatting is not perfect as text overflows the pages and it isn't really printable and/or usable online as is. However, it gives me a fantastic model to create an actual product. Highly recommend this platform, but keep in mind you will have to use standard channels to create a sellable product.

The presentation was Fantastic ! I am here in Southern Africa and I wish I could join the 6 days in Francisco to be able to introduce this in African Continent. Please consider.

i’d give it zero if i could. it states 8 dollars a month. i paid it. it then immediately asks for 14.99 a month which i paid. It then went to
19.99 and i didn’t pay that. i had access to the app for maybe five minutes for my 24 dollars. Now i can’t get on. They screwed me
for 24 dollars for nothing. i emailed customer service butt i bet they don’t even answer. Do not purchase from these clowns. Any other services out there would be better. if you have unlimited funds maybe you would like it. Do not buy it. It’s a joke. I
just want my money back to
buy from a real company.
