Worst there app, so many bug I found. My phone was lag

Great customer service fixing my eSIM issue which was my error. error identified quickly and step by step instructions. Highly recommend.

The bot was first contact but very helpful. It couldn't fix my issue so it connected me promptly with a customer service agent. Lincoln walked me through the issue quickly and I was up and running in no time.

Takes almost a month to transfer the money. Service is awful. Its a scam website, I reported it to Alberta consumer helpline and they had to refund me. Use “Mybeacon” app, offers rate higher than paypenny and transfers in less than 5 mins

Michael was great.  He even helped me get the information I needed from xfinity.

Brightspeed responded Immediately to my message that our phone was not working.. They set a date quickly, came exactly as promised, found the problem quickly, fixed it totally, and never had to enter our house. I SO do NOT want to lose our land line phone (Tho I know that these are dinosaurs to many people, I believe more people should have them alongside their cell phones!!). I am VERY Thankful to Brightspeed for still providing and faithfully servicing our land line phone!!!
