I appreciate the long-past small-business passionate customer service. My first phone call was answered and by the owner! He made every effort to get the pieces that I was not able to get elsewhere.. and for a fair price! Certainly a different experience than buying through a big company, but I'm so happy to receive great communication all the way through. My chairs arrived with the next weeks delivery and undamaged.

We recently ordered 2 wardrobes from The Best Furniture Deal for our grandson’s bedroom. What amazing customer service from Dimitri ! We received updates from Dimitri on our furniture delivery date. We also received a call from him after they were delivered to make sure that they arrived undamaged and to make sure that we were happy with the product. The wardrobes came with super easy instructions and were very easy to assemble. We would definitely order from them again! Great quality and customer service!!
