I ordered from Thrivin.com on November 30, and I still haven’t received my package. What’s frustrating is the lack of communication.

I work hard for my money, and I chose to spend it here expecting reliability. Instead, I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. This is not the experience your brand claims to offer. Order# 72757

I need a real update, verified tracking information, or a replacement/refund immediately. I’m hoping you can prove that customers can actually trust this company, because right now, my confidence is extremely low. Order# 72757

The sizing on the website is completely inaccurate. The site recommended XS, but I ordered S — and even S was extremely tight. After just two months, the waistband at the back ripped, and it wasn’t fixable, so the leggings went straight to the trash. Their return policy is also unreasonable and far too expensive to use. I do not recommend this store.

I ordered on the 16th November and it's now 8th of December and there's been no progress with my order, I kind of feel as if I've been scammed at this point, keep getting emails to rate the product but I haven't received my items and no refund. I'm so disappointed, products look beautiful online and I was really looking forward to trying them out

Terrible customer service , don’t bother ordering . You’ll be waiting for ages and they never give you a time for when it will arrive and the shipping info just says it’s coming from China - not worth hype . Avoid at all costs . A complete con !

I’m not going to lie — the quality of the products is really good, but the customer service communication is disappointing. I placed an order for over £120 and accidentally selected XS leggings instead of S. I emailed them immediately explaining the mistake and asking for a size swap. I never received a response, and the order arrived with the incorrect size, leaving me with leggings that are too small. Good products, but the lack of communication really let the experience down.

I’ve been waiting 3 weeks now for an order I placed on Black Friday. No update what so ever just constantly spammed on email with new things. Shop app just says “ no detail” but is in transit?
Really disappointed in the service, zero communication. If they put as much effort into their customer service as they do their marketing they might actually get a better reputation. Such a shame.

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order (#63691).

The delivery process was poor. The parcel was handled by an unknown courier, I received no tracking updates, and there was no communication throughout the process. Delivery took almost two weeks.

The products themselves were also disappointing. All of the tops arrived with visible creasing along the sides, which appears white on the dark fabric and is very noticeable. On top of that, the logo on the black top is defective — part of the letter “R” is missing, making the item look damaged or poorly manufactured.

Customer service has been equally frustrating. Instagram messages are disabled, and email responses appear to be handled only by an AI bot, making it difficult to get proper support.

I have two pairs of these shorts, and just waiting for my new leggings to turn up! they are so comfortable, flattering and 100% squat proof

I haven't get nothing. It's talking so long. I ordered on the 16 of November and now is 8 of dicember.

My order is nowhere to be seen and the tracking link is suspicious and the clothes are drop shipped from china. I’m really worried about loosing my money and the customer service is shocking, no message allowed on instagram and email is just an AI not response with no real human interaction. Ordered on 27th Nov 2025 and still no sign of parcel and no update on delivery tracking. What’s going on? Order number #8739.

Have purchased some leggings as a present for Christmas. Ordered over a week ago and haven’t got them yet, and the tracking has shown the same thing for a week. No info and just says parcel information received.

Have emailed the support and got a couple reply’s but then nothing and haven’t had a reply since.

Pretty annoyed at the moment.

These are some of the best leggings I’ve ever purchased. They’re high quality and the fit is amazing and really enhances exactly where you want! I had an issue with a rip in one pair I received and customer service was attentive and accommodating. Cannot say enough good things!

I placed an order over 4 weeks ago, the order was taken twice and two payments were taken, I have recieved both packages and now need to return one for my refund as I didn’t want the order twice over, I have been waiting on a response with return instructions for over a week, and I now also have a payment of £4.05 out of my account to this company I have no clue what its for. Zero communication and money missing from my account and payments taken more than once, will never order from here again!
