Poor notification service. Most of the time, my bank does not receive a notification from Transak.

I looked into your orders, and I can confirm that whenever Transak received your bank’s payment confirmation, your transactions were completed instantly. The failed orders were due to payment verification expiring, meaning your bank did not approve or respond to our notification in time.

Our system sent the payment prompts correctly, but the approval must come from your bank or card issuer, not from Transak. We do not have access to your bank account or any ability to influence their verification process.

Your latest order was completed smoothly, which shows that once the bank approves the payment, Transak processes it right away.

It appears there may have been some misunderstanding from the bank’s side. We kindly recommend contacting them to understand why the payment verification was delayed.
