The person who answered my call was extremely helpful and clear in her explanations. Her name was Stephanie. Her service was necessary as the website is not as easy as it might be to navigate.

Why was there no place provided to identify beneficiaries vs leaving it to go to the 'estate'? It will be possible to amend the policy, if I want, so why not offer that option initially?

Price and coverage seems nice, but very annoying that one is unable to auto-fill / paste credit card number into input field and have to type it by hand like it is 1996.
