I have a 26 month old dual fuel range…

I have a 26 month old dual fuel range that malfunctioned and burned a whole in the floor of the oven. Out of warranty but you will get the parts if I pay for the labor. That's fine but one of the parts will not be available for 2 months. Hope you can expedite delivery of the part. My wife is very unhappy about not being able to cook for the holidays.

No Warranty Coverage

Exhaust hood is only 2 years old and no longer functions and Bertazzoni won’t provide any warranty coverage. Horrible policy and craftsmanship. Considering the price and age, the repair cost should be covered by the OEM instead of the customer. Refuse to purchase Bertazzoni appliances ever again and will recommend others against doing so.

Broke within a month. Customer support is unresponsive to non-existent and it’s been another month of running after them to get things fixed/replaced that are covered in warranty!

And when their “technician” visits , they refuse to do any repair work. All they want to do is to “document the issue” for the next technician !!!

We love the range

We love the range, our only complaint is we ordered it in March of 25, but it didn't arrive and get delivered till Sept 29th. No rush by us we knew it would take a while. However the range had a double warranty promotion that ended July 31st, and even though we ordered during the promo, we didn’t qualify for the double warranty...... we were disappointed, but Bertazzoni support reached out to us immediately after I reported it and helped us through the process! They went above and beyond to get our double warranty enacted. We would absolutely buy Bertazzoni again in a heartbeat! Again, couldn’t love it more!

We started off with a new Frigidaire…

We started off with a new Frigidaire Stove and right off the bat it was terrible because the thermostat was 75⁰ -100⁰ off and the feet fell off when they sent out a repair company to review the issue. After the technician shared with us that these Frigidaire stoves are junk we returned it and looked for a better option.

We found the Bertazzoni and made sure that the thermostat was fairly accurate before the installers left. After a month we are happy with our choice.
