Prices will go up after a month or two every time.
And don't tell me you act as a display platform bla bla bla, you know very well what's going on.

Spoke to Lorraine today to get advice on energy tarrifs when moving home. She was extremely helpful and gave us support that we didn’t realise that was available.

I contacted USwitch as I was having problems contacting my current energy company following an email saying they were changing my direct debit payments. Although the young man, Justin, was unable to offer a ‘switch’ due to the current situation, he was extremely helpful with his advice on how I could contact them successfully.

i called uswitch and got good information regarding my energy and power utilities. venkata estansetty is person helped to get more detailed support.

I recently accepted to change energy supplier after Uswitch informed me via email of a cheaper energy deal with Green energy. Disappointingly the tariff was then almost doubled within a few months by the new supplier, this meant this supposed 'great deal' was actually more expensive than the tariff I was on with my previous supplier. I switched back immediately to my old supplier but have now been told I am in debt to the tune of £400 with Green, and it needs to be paid immediately. Warning! If you switch with Uswitch, the deal you are offered could be a 'honey trap', you could end up worse off in the long run.

Amy was very professional and had a calm reassuring voice. She was able to confirm that I would be saving nearly £200 per year and how this was worked out

I can not praise Emma enough for her superb customer service. She explained everything in terms, as an elderly person, I could understand. Very professional and extremely helpful.

Called uswitch and spoke to Richard (who is an aspiring actor). He was friendly, helpful and clear. What I most enjoyed was his good humour, which was saying something as he had a late shift. I managed to save money and have a positive experience. Will always use them and I would suggest you try them too.

Spoke to a lovely lady called Paula today, she was so helpful after the dreadful service I received from scottish power,she switched me so easily, after a stressful few weeks with scottish power I now feel I can relax. Thank you Paula and USWITCH.

Rang today spoke to Julie Mitchell, WHAT A STAR!, talked me through everything switching gas /electric, nothing was to much trouble!, saved me £20 a month at least, with same provider (Scottish Power Yr bad!!), definitely would use this site again!, give the lady a pay rise!

Spoke to Alex today who was extremely helpful and efficient. Much better than using the website as I could discuss my concerns before deciding on the switch. At the end of the discussion we got it all done and dusted in a few minutes.
