I cannot ride this bike because I'm still trying to work through the lengthy process of remedying receiving misfitting parts. So far, it's not a pleasant experience when it could and should have been remedied with less hassle for what the customer must endure in loss of use due to good faith on their part in this purchase.
I couldn't be happier with my new Velotric bike. It rides like a dream and has so many nice features. The bike feels luxurious, but the price was reasonable. I feel lucky to have found a great bike shop near me; Red Tail Bikes in Morro Bay CA.

A suspension seat post was available free with the e-bike that I purchased 2 weeks after my purchase. I inquired if I could get a seat post since I just ordered 2 weeks ago. The customer service rep did what he could, but could not get me a seat post. He did however offer me an accessory bundle with a shirt, lock and phone mount which was a nice gesture!

My experience with Velotric was great from top to bottom. Actual humans responded (as far as I know!) to my suggestions about delivery emails and said she would take the suggestion “to the team.”
My wife and I are very happy with our new Discovery 2’s and will definitely be giving five stars to future riders.

We're thrilled with every aspect of our Velotric Breeze I bikes! The only disappointment we had was that we weren't getting anything near the advertised range per battery charge ... discussions with the company revealed several firmware updates had not been done at the point of sale. Once we did those (an easy process), the problem was resolved and the bikes are really terrific in every way.

I love my new Velotric D2. Unfortunately my accessories were lost the first time but Velotric customer service was great throughout the entire process. The rep was very attentive and kept in touch via email. I received my replacement shipment and I just picked up my ebike at the local shop who put it together for me. I am super excited and can’t wait to ride with my hubby and son. I have fibromyalgia and other chronic pain issues so I will no longer be left behind. On the contrary I will leave them in the dust! Lol :)

Battery #1 came with frame, #2 backup battery.
I was charging #2 from green circle to blue but it was flashing!
I then unplugged the power, and charger and plugged in #1 anf power and started at red for a few minutes then green flashing. Problem highlighted in Yellow Manual page 78 and showed I should get Help at cust. Serv.
So I am waiting on instruction to "reset something" or its a Bad Charger, kinda stressed right now. Will appreciate the Help,

First rate bikes made in the USA. The batteries are UL listed which was important. Many e-bikes parts and, batteries are made in China. Not VELOTRIC. Thanks for all your help.

Would have given 5 stars but response to an informational question on controller amp and continuous hub motor watt ratings was no comment and qualified it as proprietary cannot respond.
I am not unhappy with Velotric support. They have responded reasonably well to most of my questions and an initial faulty Find My Module".
Keep improving your system and e-bikes Velotric, its a competitive world out there.
