Naim fid a great job explaining the plan. I gave 4 stars because O think my overage should offset all of the charges including the delivery charges if it is available

My experience went well and very smooth. My agent was kind and made sure he broke down everything correctly. I was extremely impressed finding out how fast our service would start.

Finally a company that doesn’t treat their customers like they’re stupid. I was treated like my patronage mattered and the energy, that my Solar Panels produce, is worth every penny.

Naims customer service was excellent. He was very polite and friendly. He answered all my questions and concerns and he signed me up for a plan appropriate for my home.

Josue was super helpful throughout the whole process. I'm new to Texas and the sheer amount of electricity companies was overwhelming but he made the whole thing painless.
