I purcheased some parts for my motorccle helmets recently. They are Klein parts and of good quality.

My order came promptly but radio had issues returned it got replacement it works fantastic I can hear people all over the US from my mobile unit,,, no complaints,

Excellent products. I purchased an antenna, mount and cable kit. All components were perfect and antenna SWR was 1.5 after adjusting. I highly recommend CB World. I ordered online and picked up at the warehouse. No problems, guys were super friendly and the order was ready!

Antenna installed easy and works great. Super low swr. No ground plane antenna.

Had a new replacement mic I needed and shipped to me fast! Will order from CB World again if needed.

I still have not received my purchase. It has been too long since I submitted the purchase.

Shipment was dropped at street, not anywhere near the house. I'm surprised I even saw it let alone was able to retrieve it.
In the 24 years that I live here I have never gotten a package delivered within 200 ft of this one. Plus no one notified me it was delivered. Just pure luck that I got it. Shipper should be fired

The products I ordered are of a high quality. Also, the customer service i received after submitting my order impressed me. The woman I spoke with (I wish I could remember her name) was very kind and very helpful, so much so to where she actually helped modify my order because I selected an incorrect part for my setup. If I order anything further for my setup, I will be using CB World.
