Good quality merchandise. Delivery was slower than stated but I imagine that is because of the Christmas demand

Have ordered several things and have never been disappointed. Everything always comes in a timely manner and always in great condition. No complaints here. 

I reached out for support with my order, and I got an AI reply with misinformation. After that, my order shipped late, and it took a while for them to even acknowledge it. AKIRA team members are usually really kind and helpful, but the system seems to be making them inaccessible right now. 

Apart from the slippers that I ordered not being to accurate on the size Sarah was very nice and helped me exchange that out with no problem I felt comfortable asking all the questions I needed answers to and just over all great customer service!!💗

Buy from a retailer do not buy direct if anything goes wrong they simply do not respond


Attempting to process a return for almost 3 weeks. Website is not allowing a return label to be generated which I have requested manually, it was incorrect and DHL refused to accept it. I have now been attempting to contact for 4 days to get the correct label with no response. Poor returns support for international clients.
