Terrible Customer Service

Bank 5 never created an account for us after our mortgage closed and gave us the run around for the better part of 2 months. It took us being relentless about getting an account created and bringing in our mortgage broker to finally get this resolved. Terrible customer service shunting us around and around to different departments repeatedly because no one wanted to take the blame for never having created an account for us.

Globe street fall river has been a horrible experiance for me. I started a account at age 18 and now am 62. Through the years your bank has given me many annoying moments. The last FIVE YEARS a NIGHTMARE. Constant unprofesinal attitudes. I have had money STOLEN FROM MY ACCOUNT due to hacking or so they say. Frozen funds even briefly have not been me a happy member. I stay due to the simple fact that all my direct payments both in and out are locked in for years. But I WILL NEVER TELL ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU!

I have always been grateful for the personal service the Bank is able to provide. I deal with many different banks both local and national. You don't realize what a difference it makes being able to talk to a human. Carla Rollocks was able to get me a better rate. She was personable, knowledgeable and was clearly well versed in navigating the process. I was in and out of the office in less than twenty minutes.
