Customer Service is Key !!
I've been a bank five customer for many years and the one time I needed assistance I was very dissatisfied. I'm not going to explain the whole situation as I feel it is not worth my time. I will say the manager I spoke with at the S. Main St Branch in Fall River needs a class in customer service skills. She was very unhelpful and rude. Because of this interaction I withdrew my CD from this bank and moved it to my other bank. I do still continue to have my work check deposited at this bank but only because I don't want the hassle at this time.

The bank discontinued their participation in their previous ATM network. I called to see if there were any ATM options moving forward and the rep told me that there are not. I will likely have to change banks.

The bank teller recognized me from a single visit the previous week and was extremely helpful in ‘walking’ me through what I needed. She was very patient and explained everything thoroughly; she even offered to help again if I couldn’t solve my problem via the internet, which is how I needed to do some of what I had asked. I would certainly recommend this bank to others should they ask.
