We found out that Howard’s Appliances…

We found out that Howard’s Appliances in Southern CA had just closed down 2 weeks after we’d bought a refrigerator from them. We’d purchased a 5 year extended warranty with our fridge, so we called CPS to confirm all would be covered since Howard’s had gone out of business. We spoke with Lily Brown at CPS, and she was so helpful and assuring all would be handled professionally should we ever have a warranty claim. Thanks again Lily, you were GREAT! 5 stars!

Simple and easy

Simple and easy! The one thing you could add at the beginning of either the e-mail or at the registration screen is to let people know that there is an option to upload the invoice. This is good to let them know so if they have to get the files prepared or created to give them the heads up because that is what took the most time. Scanning in the invoice and creating the PDF and combining them so they can be uploaded.

No hassle, streamlined registration experience.

The registration process was efficient, streamlined, and not cumbersome as some companies can be. No hassle involved. Having an online portal was handy to quickly upload invoice information necessary for the warranty tp become effective. Kudos.

No refund of warranty during cancellation period

I ordered a product from Newegg and purchased the extended warranty. I then cancelled the order on Newegg. well within the cancellation period. CPSCENTRAL never refunded my money for the extended warranty. Never ever buy a warranty from CPSCENTRAL. Read the other 1 star reviews on Trustpilot. How is a company like this allowed to be in business for so many years?
