Worst Experience — No Support, Faulty Product & Zero Responsibility
I purchased an LG speaker from Croma, and the product is not even working properly. Because of this, I requested a demo and proper installation support to understand the setup and usage. But shockingly, there is absolutely no customer support from Croma or LG. No technician visit, no demo, and not even a proper call support system to resolve issues.
Once the product is sold, Croma completely washes their hands off. For a premium product, this level of service is unacceptable. I have never seen such careless after-sales service in India.
My honest recommendation: Do NOT buy this product or ANY product from Croma. If something goes wrong, you will be left alone with no support.
Croma really needs to learn what customer service means.
delivery of dented brand new samsung horizontal curve 189 refrigerator
Ordered new piece of samsung refrigerator on 17th nov,25 online.Delivery received on 25th nov.Unboxing done by samsun technician on the same day and reported dent on left side. Despite repeated online umpteen requests to samsung and croma there is none to take action after the registerstion of complaint. Finally we surrendered and got damaged one installed through samsung on 5th Dec,25.

Culture rewards fraud and "clever" staff
Ive had some good people at Chroma in the past, but last times there is a trend of coming across very poor quality people who are aggressive, some across as scam artists and now seem in competition with each other to sell you the product at a higher price. My last experience was with pushy and rude staff who insisted that the price has gone up and listing was not updated, then i must / have to buy mandatory ZIP extended warranty or they cant supply the item due to stock issues, they are doing me a favor so need me to buy a 4500 inr ext.warranty so they can. TATA has turned this superb platform when it began to a "scoundrels" flea market with poor hiring and over staffing, with a clear cultural problem of closing sales above a bar as seems to be the only role they play, product knowledge is dismal, typical Indian street "chalugiri"

Worst experience ever. The support staff is uneducated about all things technical. They are also extremely unprofessional. They do not take responsibility for their faulty products. They just want their commission and want to hit their targets by selling customers outdated products with software issues. I purchased a laptop as a gift for my dad and was very specific that I wanted MS office installed. He said it was already installed because it had to justify the price I was paying. The laptop was activated in the store but none of the Office apps are working and they are refusing to give me a refund after I have asked for it multiple times. They have sent the laptop to the Lenovo centre for them to check as well. But it came back with nothing. I have been coming here for the last three weeks with no end in sight. Please never ever ever purchase from them. They need to be disqualified as vendors.

Pathetic customer service and return policy. They are looting people by selling products double the price. I bought blender from croma Ulwe @3065/-, when I came back home and checked online same croma blender was available @ 1899/- on Big basket online with free home delivery. Next morning I ask croma to get it return and refund my money. Why should I pay double price for same product? They refuse to take it back and refund, I didn’t use it still they refuse to return.
This is not a good policy, I felt like cheated , they are charging almost double, why should customer pay more unnecessarily. What kind of cunsumer protection do we have in place? Why compies are making fool and looting people . I don’t believe this. TATA company is making fool now a days and looting public.

On 05/10/2025, I bought a Samsung Galaxy Book 5 360 laptop. The next day, the power button started getting hot. I called Croma on the same day (06/10/2025) and they didn't pick up the call (07/10/2025). When I called again, they didn't pick up. Similarly, on 08/10/2025, I called Croma and they didn't pick up. I went to Croma. They replied that you need to call Samsung's service center. They have already come to your place for service. They told me to repair the laptop today. I put the laptop there and they will do it within 24 hours. Today is 17/10/2025. When I talked to the Croma manager, I was told that the report has not come from the service center yet. I cannot give you any replacement. When I talked about refund, they said if you don't get it, you have to do whatever you want, they cut off the call, I was surprised for 12 days, they didn't answer the same, their policy of Croma is to give a replacement in 5 or 10 days if any problem arises, mental harassment, if the problem arises in 2 days, the Croma manager said what have you done. Croma center square (Manager:- Dharmendra Pandey). They gave 24 hours, now it's been 2 days, they are not giving any answer, the laptop was 98500/-, they are not giving any refund or replacement. They are threatening from above, do whatever you want, they cut off the call. When you are going to buy a new item, then all the customers should take this item well. When the problem arises during the day, what have you done, they blame the customer. I have made such a mistake, I can't buy a laptop, Croma is the best. I don't know what to do with the item from there, I am surprised. I had given my wife a laptop as a gift. I don't know what to do with the laptop from Croma. I am surprised. Please don't take anything from there, you will be surprised yourself. I am surprised. I have not been given a replacement or refund yet. This is 3rd class service.🙏

Extended warranty is a false promise. Croma doesn’t respond to undetake repairs under extended warranty. They are only interested in taking money by force selling non-sense extended warranty.
About Service
I ordered 50 inch croma google tv from Croma Sinhgad road Pune showroom. I booked it on 15th Aug.2025 & paid full amount on 16th Aug. after payment done delivery comitted till 25th Aug. But they didn't deliver on that day, after that I taken follow up with customer care as well as from showroom also. That time showroom person said that the model you booked is not available in stock so they offer me to change the model or else they can give display piece. I denied for same then they deliver tv on 30th Aug. I given complaint to customer care for assurity of it's pety pack piece or its display piece but technician not visited to my place for confirm the same.

showing 1499/- or 1399/- for same model & product. I don't have any issue if he charge me 200/300 rupees extra than prices but he charged be almost 1000 rupees extra which is not worth.
After that I chat with for same with proofs but he was fooling me & giving baseless answers when I told him that I can complaint for same then he said you can.
This my experience which I like to share with you. Just my suggestion is that please check if any technician giving any extra part or product, first check price online then pay the amount.

I ordered a Bose Speaker during the Independence Day sale. The money was taken and a delivery date was provided. I received an apology for late delivery, I thought this was due to the heavy rain we had witnessed in Mumbai at this point. A new date was provided. I was at home, received an 'out for delivery message', then a cancellation message. I did not cancel the item, I tried to contact Croma. The item was still available on their website BUT now at the full price. They instigated a refund.1 week later, I receive an email and a WhatsApp message informing me that the item was 'Zooming Across' to me.
I attrempted to contact Croma once more, admittedly, I had send a few other messages when my 'case was closed'.
This time I received an aggressive 'you are blocked from this conversation' message.
I am disgusted. This is customer service? I will never order from Croma again. I expect better from a Tata Group company.,
