I placed an order on 12/2/25 and…
I placed an order on 12/2/25 and received a confirmation email that day. In the six days since, I have heard nothing and went online to check the status of my order. When I clicked to check the status I was redirected to a site, Just Answers, that wanted $5 for me to chat with an "expert". I then tried calling and got the run around blaming it on the delivery company that has not even received my order from Duluth. After being put on hold for ten minutes I was told the package might be being transferred to a different delivery company and I should wait until the 16th before submitting a request for a refund. Today, 12/8/25 I called again and after being on hold for fifteen minutes was told that the package was sent to the carrier but they are so far behind because of Christmas they have not yet scanned it into their system(classic typical punt of responsibilty) and that I should now give it until the 18th to arrive. Sixteen days to deliver a sweatshirt... if at all?! Outrageous, unacceptable and certainly no way to do business. This was my first Duluth purchase so I can not speak to the quality of their clothing. I can speak to their customer service and overall service which is, at best, useless and not reliable so, irrespective of the quality, this is the last time I will ever order from Duluth. Their clothing may be great but the aggravation is not worth it.
Customer service is great
Customer service is great. Products are fantastic. I have only had one problem and it was resolved without issue. Long wait to talk to a customer service so I opted not to hold and receive a call when they got to my number in the line. Was called about an hour later and my issues were resolved. I cannot understand why this company has such a low rating on trust pilot.
Holiday Commercial
I find it extremely annoying to constantly hear the Duluth Trading commercials during my HBO Max TV show. It plays every commercial break at least once; sometimes it plays every single ad during the 3-minute ad break. The cherry on top was that I came to leave a review about this commercial taking over my life and making me genuinely consider canceling my HBO Max membership, and I saw that the company's overall rating was below 2 stars (1.6)... This kind of advertising is ridiculous; figure out a new marketing strategy in addition to a better company as a whole.
a transaction with confidence
It was six days from placing an online order to delivery at my door including customs inspection at the border. The parcel crossed North America from east coast to west coast and the UPS tracking was timely and concise.
The product description was no-nonsense, detailed and factual. The coat I received was accurate to the description and the photos.
This was the first time I purchased from Duluth Trading and the experience was more than satisfying.

My family and I visited Duluth Trading store in Omaha, NE as soon as we walked in we didn’t get a greet of welcome but stereotype my family because we were family of color. The lady at the door immediately assumed we didn’t have money or since we didn’t look white or of her liking assumed we couldn’t afford the clothes and advised us of the clearance rack in the back of the store. Our treatment was like the days of our heroic Rosa Parks. First of all, don’t assume nothing about someone’s race or origin lady you don’t know who I can be. This lady needs to be retrained and or disciplined about respecting diversity and all shades of the cultural spectrum, It amazes me how certain individuals in retail are hired when they have a racial disease and show it. The same lady when asked the question about a particular merch, the lady wasn’t knowledgeable but rude to my family she assumed we were ignorant in what we were asking her about in regards to the long tail shirts that was advertised on tv. The lady had no idea what we were describing on tv She told us she doesn’t pay attention to the marketing from Duluth. That’s kind of disturbing. The shirt in the store that showed long tail was same length as the front of the shirt. We were looking for the shirt that went past your rear end. Anyway, as my family and I were about to checkout ( mind you none of items were from the clearance rack and as a side note: I don’t mind clearance rack as I see them in the store as I’m shopping) and we were already close to the counter Another employee asked if she can take our clothes but we were heading to the counter. She jokingly said we provide concierge services. I assume she targeted my family as their were other customers who were of white origin who didn’t get asked the same question while we were heading to the cashier to check out. I said that is news to know at this store that they offer service like that. I was saying that in gullible way but disappointed in how my family and I were being treated.I surprisingly said to the employee if that’s the service you’re offering, can you take my pkgs to my car?My husband said to her that wouldn’t be necessary. I believe my family was racially profiled. This store needs to be looked into if they want to be a respected store for all cultures and diversity.
Duluth let me down
I was a construction worker I ordered plenty of gear from these people. I wanted a pair of gloves 2X they were tight and not warm at all. Not used to them selling garbage and I'm being charged for the return. I still have one of their smart labels for a free return. She said it would take 2 months if I use my free return label so I'm charged $8 for the return for a pair of gloves that don't fit. Very very disappointed customer. Probably won't purchase anything else
Poorly Designed Product, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought TWO pairs of their "Souped Up Sweats". The pants are nice, but the belt is ABSOLUTELY USELESS. The belt seems to be for DECORATION ONLY, because UNLESS IT IS TIED OFF, IT WILL NOT HOLD.. 3 ounces of force and it loosens, so if there is ANYTHING in your pockets, your pants will CONSTANTLY fall down. On one pair, THE BELT WON'T EVEN REMAIN LATCHED! The design of the pants makes replacing the belt almost impossible... that is IF you can even find one that thin! Whoever approved the belt design should be FIRED!
Too add insult to injury, THEY FORCE YOU TO ACCEPT ADS TO LEAVE A REVEIW, and they offer NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM ELECTRONICALLY. THEIR CHAT NEVER WORKS, THERE IS NO FEEDBACK FORM!

I looked at one of their ads and got a price for something, went to another part of the website to look at a different item, then went back to the first one and found that the price for it was $10 more than it had been a few minutes earlier. They assumed I would not notice.
wrong shipping address but no help
so i placed an order on sat 10/18 and almost immediately realized the wrong shipping address was listed, which is my bad. but as you can guess even though i called and texted within an hour they were unable to change the shipping address, to be fair the rep on the phone was apologetic but he could do nothing, and whomever on the text line flat out said she could do nothing to change it as it is stated that no changes can be made after an order is placed. great.
so yesterday mon 10/20 i checked my account at duluth and it said that ups was delivering the order w expected delivery on Thursday at the wrong address(my old apt). i had not yet received an email from duluth about this (it came later in the day).
i went online to ups and changed the delivery to a pick up at the ups store, which was a good thing as an upgraded notice let me know that the order was available for pick up today! there was a charge to do this but as of now they have not charged me. i picked up my order with no issues.
i am generally happy with the quality of the products i order, and it arrived really fast so that alleviated my frustration with that stupid rule they have. will i buy from them again? probably. what is my opinion about the company? not too good. should i make sure my current shipping address is listed? YES!

I am very upset. I have loved their clothing, but I just got scammed. I did not get the items I received. I did not even get items I ever ordered. You can’t get a hold of anyone and I am not pleased with the reviews I read about how no one could seem to return their stuff when these people obviously made a very gross negligent mistake.

WORST.COMPANY.EVER!!! If there is even the slightest chance you may need to send merchandise back for a refund under their 1-year warranty, DO NOT BUY FROM DULUTH TRADING CO. I have been waiting for my refund for THREE MONTHS!!! I call religiously every two weeks and am given the exact same response every time: "not sure what's going on with your account. I'll send this over to a supervisor and we'll get this handled for you right away." TOTAL BS! Be warned - this is not a company who is concerned about customer satisfaction or cares how much of their customer's time and money they waste.

In response to an ad on Facebook for a 72 hour sale, I assembled an order. After placing said order, I received a message that my payment wad declined, please try another method of payment. Several attempts were made using different cards were met with the same message. Same results the following day.
My question, is this some kind of a joke? Or are the folks running this site that incompetent.
The best customer service live chats!
I purchased an e-gift card from them for 25% off regular price! I used some of it but then misplaced it. I used their live chat service and Leslie Z worked so hard for me to help locate it! The best part is that she thanked ME for being patient! Their customer service is top-notch and their products and stores are always so great! I wish I could give Leslie and the rest of them 100 stars!

Living in the UK, I had never heard of this company. Out of the blue I received an email into my private account confirming an order.
Tried logging onto the website but it would not accept me from here in the UK - so I ignored it after checking my bank etc.
Next I receive an email saying item despatched - again checked no debits, so I emailed them asking for an explanation as to why they were contacting me.
This scenario went on through 5 or 6 of their Customer Agents over the course of a week who all could not read, and sent stock advice to check my accounts.
Meantime I checked the tracking and the items had been collected by someone in America.
Losing patience I tried again - all I wanted to know was WHY my email account was being used, I was in the UK and had never heard of them.
Guess what the reply was..........
Stupidity from them is the only way to describe this, meantime I have kept checking my accounts just in case.
Pathetic Customer Service
I'm not exaggerating with the one star
I'm not exaggerating with the one star. My husband ordered a shirt and a belt. The sent him two entirely different items. They insist (after e-mails and phone calls) that their "Hassle Free" returns will cost $8.00. There is no return label. I'm pretty sure we could contest the entire transaction, as he recieved orders he did not, in fact, order, and he never received what he paid for... but who's got time for all of that? It's best to avoid companies who don't really treat their customers right.

I’ve had this happen to me twice where I placed an order, I got an email confirming my order, and then nothing arrives. When I check on the order, it’s like it never existed. From what I was told from customer service there was a problem “with my payment method” and that they charge the card not when I placed the order but days later when they are ready to ship it. I’m not sure what is going on, or if they’ve been flagged for fraudulent orders. There was no issue with my payment. Also, they never sent an email stating that they couldn’t send out my order as an example, it is Father’s Day weekend and I have nothing that I preplanned in purchased as a gift.

Be careful and make sure all the information on your order is correct. Once you hit the buy button nothing can stop the order. Not even calling with 15 minutes of receiving email confirmation. I hadn't purchased anything in 10 years or so. My how things have change. Beware.
