I was a customer for over 20 years with GoDaddy and had to cancel my GoDaddy accounts due to terminal cancer Dec 8, 2025. GoDaddy had renewed my annual accounts in November 2025 and stated there policy was no refunds. The renewal fees are 12 months into November 2026 nd so they are keeping the full amounts in excess of 450.00 that I believe I should be prorated and reimbursed as I'll be in the cloud. GoDaddy has highly transactional and greedy quality when it comes to fees and will fee creep and refuse legitimate refund requests. Better to find a equitable and reputable provider that is less of hedge fund approach to business. It was different company under Parsons.
Been using godaddy for over 10 years. Was always good value and fast support. Recently, its gone so downhill. Takes forever to get a support person and when you do, they are more interested in upselling than sorting your problem. I often have to call back twice to get the problem actually addressed. Plus, recently i realised just how much of a markup they are putting on Office 365. If you have even a tiny amount of technical skill, get your email direct from microsoft (it can be pointed to any domain you own on godaddy very easily) and save yourself an absolute fortune for the **exact** same thing.
Shame to see such a once good company go down the tubes but thats whats going on here.

The service provided is very professional, products are security oriented although sometimes it feels as excessive. When needed, all doubts are clarified and enough information is given to make the right decisions when ordering upgrades or changes.
The customer service was great. I had to call twice today and both phone calls were very productive and they were able to solve my issues.
Godaddy is so easy and intuitive. People say to me they have to go to their web person to make updates and changes, I dont get it. It is 5 mins work to update and change anything. I've got a great deal, aligned to my busines needs. Its great.
Brandon was excellent. Nice to have someone to speak the language every once in a while.

GoDaddy support people get right to the point - there are a lot of issues behind the scenes - and they keep you informed. Mine had to do with SSL and my website certificate not functioning - something I knew nothing about - they cleared it up right away

Michael was Excellent. He resolved my issue quickly along with being very professional, patient and friendly. Made me feel like I was part of the Family. Being 62 technology definitely isn't my strong suit. Just ask my grandkids, But Michael stepped me through everything flawlessly. I appreciated it very much. He deserves a Raise!
My account apparently got stuck in some sort of cyber loop. Once I got a person on the line they were knowledgeable and persistent, staying with me until the issue was fixed. Sometimes IT can be maddening. I appreciated having a personal assistant with my issue.
Clint was the first GoDaddy support person in many months that not only I could understand, but was also knowledgeable such that he didn't need to get inside support to answer my fairly technical questions. Go Daddy needs many more like Clint.
