When i called for an update I got…

When i called for an update I got exactly the information I was asking for. Be responses to things were within the expected time frames. The representative I was given and did not expect was fantastic. I was able to receive extra help from her with random questions I had. My only issue was with transferring money from my bank persjnal account to this one. It didn't happen and I didn't get an explanation on that so I had to go and ask why and do it again.

I reached out with a question about a deposit hold on a weekend evening and had an answer before I checked my phone the next day.
More importantly, Grasshopper Bank offered the convenience of online banking for my LLC and had fewer deposit limits than my local bank. This was essential because of my monthly billing structures. I am fortunate to have found this business partner!
