Agency (at the very least agent) is manipulative.

Having the experience with this agency started off well, reactive, polite, and info given when checked was on point. However, being used to ping pong with another potential buyer gave a sour taste in my mouth. Things are said, not explicitly, but enough is said to make you feel like you aren't used. I do not know how all the agents are, but as Louis liked to say " It is part of the game!". Sure but the sour taste left in my mouth will make me avoid this agency for my purchase, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Never responded to any emails about seeing their properties. Even after emailing the head office I got no response. No wonder they don't sell much. Luckily I have now purchased a property with a decent estate agent so they lost my money. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ESTATE AGENTS
