I strongly advise against purchasing any software from iMyFone. My experience was a nightmare from start to finish.
1. The Product is Dangerous: I purchased D-Back to fix a system issue and recover data. Instead of helping, the software froze constantly and, worst of all, permanently deleted my camera photos while running its "system repair" feature. A data recovery tool that causes data loss is fundamentally broken.
2. The "Money-Back Guarantee" is a Scam: Their refund policy claims to cover "terminal technical problems," which this clearly was. However, when I requested a refund, they dragged out the support process for weeks. When I demanded my money back, they claimed my order was now "past the 30-day window"—even though I opened the support ticket well within the valid period.
3. Unfair Resolution: They refused to honor their 100% guarantee. They forced me to accept a partial 60% refund as a "goodwill gesture," effectively keeping 40% of my money for a product that ruined my data.
Do not trust their marketing. If the software fails, they will stall until your guarantee expires and keep your money.
Pros: None. Cons: Data loss, deceptive refund policy, terrible support.

I've experience problems using the application and I didn't get to access my files as I retired it back. Therefore I reach out the technical support specialist and Maisie is the one insisted to help me. They reply fast and helps to solve any issues that arise.

The program was not able to repair my Ipad but I had excellent service to help. As it was not working as it is probably a hardware problem, Vera accepted to give back my money. She helped me quickly and professionnaly.

The products is safe and privacy proven. It works. If you have android is not as intuitive as per iPhone and I would recommend to update the products showing even the instructions for android instead of solely iPhone but it works. The assistance is 10/10. It could be 11/10 of they would be able to make outbound calls but I get why they don't.

I have an experience that I decided to quickly, i saw the text to speech website and i go to it and i downloaded there app to my pc which is iMyFone VoxBox, the everything is fine then i decided to purchase a product,because the voice i want is in there, so i purchase, but sadly i got a rong plan, then i try to contact there support, luckily they responce very quickly , her name is VERA, the she email me and i tell her everything, shes kind and helpful a good person , then i ask for refund without hoping that they will give it back the money i use, but then i was shock because just a few minutes i received my refund. then im so happy even thoung its not that big, so i decided to make a review eventhough its quite late, but still im happy that they are REAL and super legit. Thanks again, I hope that you continue doing good things for other.
