Great bike parts for much cheaper than anywhere else the packages come three to five days as expected I did already five orders which all came through really nice except one delay that I'm still waiting on call the customer service twice they are really nice and helpful all in all very great experience so far.

I purchased parts I really wanted and needed for a reasonable price.?Inventory is good at Jensons and all customer service was top notch.
Ridiculous wait time. Never did get a response.
The phone number still doesn't work so the only contact options are email and chat. I tried to contact through chat. It said the wait time was 3 minutes. About 5 minutes later it said I was next in line. After waiting 30 minutes with no response I had to leave. Issue is still not resolved.

I have been a customer with Jenson for more than a decade. They are still around for a reason. They are competitively priced and fast shipping.
Order in limbo with no explanation
You still haven't finished processing my order. It's now 12/8 and I ordered it on 11/30
One of the items you haven't sent says "BACKORDERD" in the order details when it displayed "In stock - ready to ship" when I ordered it. I feel mislead by that.
For the other items that you haven't sent it just shows "OPEN" in the order details while your website shows they're "In stock - ready to ship". So why haven't they been shipped after having a whole week to box them?
For all of these unsent items ("backordered" or "open") they had an estimated ship date of 12/1/2025. It's now a week later and no one from Jenson has reached out to me explaining what's happening with this order or why they couldn't ship it when they said they would.

Strange shipping
Strange shipping this time compared to past experiences. 3 packages for 4 small items. All arriving much further apart than expected. Otherwise very happy just a much longer wait than expected.
Delivery went from CA/NJ/CA.
Funny how it asks "What went wrong this time"? Anyway this is more of a reflection on the delivery service than the Jenson Co, I learned my lesson to not choose free delivery because the ON TRAC Company is less than sub par. It usually takes 1 day to deliver from Ca as I live in Northern CA, but some how my package went from Ca to NJ back to CA taking about 14 day to deliver, now I no longer have the need for the parts as I purchased them from AMAZON. In the Future I will choose a reputable deliver company as FDX and will think twice about ordering from Jenson.
