Fantasitc Roi from the start. One closing and several strong leads, plus Lezooka's proactive replaements, made the platform incredibly valuable and far more efficient than cold outreach.

Horrible experience! Stay far away from Lezooka! Biggest scam in history!

Results were lower than expected, through the staff remained polite and easy to work with.

Good experience overall — quick onboarding, regular follow-ups, and some meaningful client conversations.

The experience has been okay, but there’s still room for improvement.

Lezooka appears to be a fraudulent company. They provide unverified leads. In two cases, the provided lead phone number did not exist.
Of course they take their payment upfront and when it's time to issue a refund as per the contract, they do not respond.
I advise you to keep your money.
Re: Lezooka Response
I already contacted you almost 2 weeks ago at the email address you mentioned in your response, asking when my refund will be issued long before this post and there's still no response up to this time. But you were quick to respond this post that was not sent to you. That says a lot.

The worst company to deal with. I have been with them for over 1 year and they gave bad leads. They say they are verified and they were not. Trying to get the start up fee back like they stated in the contract is a lie. I don’t recommend them. Go with another lead company who provides good service and does not give bogus leads.
Partnering with Lezooka has been a great decision. The platform is transparent, built for agents, and clearly tailored to real estate professionals. The dashboard is simple to use, leads arrive on time, and there's no constant push to upgrade. I'm still fine-turning my conversion strategy, but I'm confident the results will come soon.

Lezooka is a big scam ... they provide fake leads and will never refund your money that they promise..
they also provide FAKE reviews
I have been on this for over 12 months and now and they are not answering my calls for refund ! save your money and time

If I could give zero stars I would. This company was the biggest scam of any referral company we have ever worked with. Their leads were false numbers/not real. I asked for my refund as was guaranteed after the first month of false leads. They would not allow my refund until the year was over and when I followed back up at the end of the year they would deflect, procrastinate and not do anything about it. My contract was over in May and still NO REFUND. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Worst lead generation company. Contacted them multiple times and their response was I have life time membership. They do not do any refunds. Biggest scam company. Especially in Canada

absolutely horrible company. Half the leads provided are dead(literally) and other half with wrong contact info.

So many fake positive reviews here. Spam call/text and hard sell

One of the worst company I faced with for lead program. Their leads are fake & they are scammers. They provide you fake phone numbers & email address that doesn’t even exist. On top of that they took money from my credit card & promised me a refund within 30 days however it’s been almost 4 months & still didn’t get my refund back yet. Never sign up with these people. They are not legit.
They are FRAUDS & SCAMMERS, be careful before you waste your money with them. I started one year lead program with them in February 2024, and the contract was if I wish to cancel after 365 days, I could do so, and will get 100% refund. It has been over 3 months since my contract was completed - NO REFUND as of yet. They just keep saying soon, but NOTHING happened yet.
Very bad experience have paid for now over 3 month and have received 2 leads one that said that they never have asked at looked for a house and are not even close to looking
An other one number is not working
And they tell you they have a huge process to filter and qualify the leads
lol supposed to get one leed every 2weeks mostly and they are supposed to be qualified !! Berry deceived
It has been over 7 times I am speaking with them for several problems
