Nike Pegasus premium …
I ordered a pair of Nike Pegasus premium they were 310 dollars they arrived on October 5 and after a month the soles started peeling. I had to call Nike several times , I sent the shoes back over 3 weeks ago for them to say the shoes don’t make the criteria of a refund and they aren’t even sending me a new pair. They are sending the defective pair back to me. I have bought Nike in different places around the world and will never buy again. They do not stand behind the quality of their products nor do they support their buyers.
Items were missing from my order
Items were missing from my order, the box was tampered with and damaged to the side and bottom of the box upon collection even the worker behind the counter was shocked at thw state of the box i even showed him the item was missing to which he told me to contact them straight away which I did. I spoke to nike customer service via chat bot and explained the whole situation. They then escalated it to the higher team. They said they investigated thoroughly and won't refund my money for the missing items. Under the consumer rights act 2015 they have to refund this due to them failing to deliver goods. So currently arguing with them as i am now out of pocket for an item i never ever recieved. Worst company and it was the forst time ordering with them! Awful never again will stick to J. D abd sportsdirect from now on! Reported to trading ombudsman and citizens advice! Steer clear if you want to loose money
Shocking service... Never again
I ordered the Metcon 6s on 22nd November during the Black Friday sale at £71.99. Six days later, still no shoes, so I chased Nike via Live Chat. They raised an escalation and on the 29th told me Royal Mail had “lost” my parcel but reassured me a replacement order was raised and would arrive within 2–6 days.
Fast forward to 5th December — still nothing. I chased again, only to be fobbed off with vague promises they’d “look into it.” By the 7th, Nike suddenly claimed they had already refunded me and told me to reorder myself. At that point, the same shoes were £119.99 — nearly £50 more than the price I had secured during Black Friday.
This is disgraceful. Nike failed to deliver the product, failed to honour the agreed sale price, and wasted my time with empty reassurances. Instead of fixing their mistake, they pushed the cost back onto me. For a company of their size, this level of incompetence and disregard for customers is shocking.

They print a label with all the items and stick it on your package !
Then they purposely don't put all the items inside i was shocked when I opened my package and found that there were less items inside than there was on the label

I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering. I ordered a hoody for my son in the black fri sale. The wrong thing turned up. I was told to return that for a refund (after an hour on the phone on hold!) and re order what I wanted at full price. They will apparently refund the difference. Have I seen a penny yet....no. I have no faith in this company. They are such a big brand they are complacent. I will never buy directly from them ever again.

I received shoes in the wrong size, even though the box showed the correct size. Nike asked me to document the issue and return the item with their return label, which I did the same day and have proof of. Now they claim I returned a “different” item and refuse to issue a refund, despite my complete documentation.
This experience has completely damaged my trust in shopping at Nike.com.

Jeg modtog en vare i forkert størrelse, selvom æsken havde den rigtige størrelse. Nike bad mig dokumentere fejlen og returnere varen med deres returlabel, hvilket jeg gjorde samme dag og har kvittering for. Extremely disappointed with Nike
Extremely disappointed with Nike and will not be reordering.
I order some trainers for my nephew that were delivered on the 26th Nov. They were delivered but I did not receive them.
They told me to wait for 8 days while they held an investigation. It has now been 10 days?
So I have online chatted with them again and now they have told me to wait for another 24 hours.
Nightmare
Nightmare! Ordered 6 items and they got delivered to wrong address...Contacted customer services who wouldn't do anything about it. Items are gone and i'm left £141 out of pocket

Absolutely useless company, staff have the IQ of a crayon that cannot follow basic instructions when it comes to returning something online. 1 company I will now avoid for the rest of my life.also the quality of products are terrible, allways defects on everything I order. Shoes are poor quality
Shoes are poor quality, customer services won’t respond to a guarantee issue to replace them with proof of purchase etc. I will never buy a Nike product again
Poor customer service and item never arrived
Item was due to be delivered, received email saying delivered but when looked at the tracking it seem it was refused whilst with the courier, never even made it to my address. Contacted Nike and seem it was being returned, they would update me in the next 24hrs. 5 days later no updates, contacted them again, painful as 40min on chat only to say sorry for no updates but the will chase. Still have no idea if they will resend the shoes or a refund and typically they are now out of stock.
Poor delivery and customer service, don't even have a complaint process or a way to contact them over email or get anything in writing

We purchased a large order at Nike in preparation for a holiday. We received the parcel and 2 items were not in the box. (C01548319728)
We send a friendly mail to nike asking if they can look into it. They mail back they investigated and the weight of the parcel "should have been OK" and nothing will be returned. Are you kidding me?
Bpost gives standard weights for every sent parcel anyway, 3000g in this case. My items are STILL missing! This is completely baseless!
If we do not get our missing money back, we won't order Nike again and file a compliant through test-aankoop. This is really, utterly ridiculous
Extremely Delayed Delivery and Poor Communication
I ordered from Nike.com expecting delivery on 4 December, as stated at checkout. Without any real explanation, this has now been delayed to 11 December. That is a full week late.
There has been no proactive communication from Nike about the delay — I had to check the tracking myself to find out. Very disappointing service from such a large company. If timely delivery matters to you, don’t rely on Nike’s shipping estimates.

I purchased a Nike Trail ATC in size 9.5 with the hope that it will give me more room for my long run and miles of walk at the Military training. I am originally a size 9, but decided to size up by .5 but the shoe was too tight. I called to process an exchange, got a rep called Max, he hung up on me because I told him its imperative I get the exact color which is black which cost more. He hung up on me and said he has no time. I called back and got the same Max on the phone, and again, he hung up on me. This is a man who got a job that millions of people are praying for but could not get. Such team member does not care if the company makes money or not and this is not someone that should be a representative of Nike.
