Warning ....do not buy from here ..Me and my wife have spent a ridiculous amount of money in this place. The last time they really messed everything up. Not just once. 6 times. Major issues that hsbf impacted our lives greatly. First they sent the wrong item 3 times. Took work off for the delivery. Then sent damaged merchandise 2 more times. Worse yet they charged without us knowing 3800.00 for nothing which brought us over our credit limit. We were closing on a home at this time. It had to be put on hold bc of this. A few weeks later they then charged 7500.00 which really put us over the limit and we lost the house we were buying bc of it. Still this has not been taken care of. Noone would help us after many calls and stopping in. Bc of this they denied a rightful claim on damaged furniture to be replaced bc I guess they were annoyed they we called and stopped in. I've gotten a lawyer. Do not buy from here they are a nightmare. Super nice when buying but forget it once you walk out and they have the money.

The delivered sofa is wobble and one of the leg is defective. I called sales and he said need to set up repair service. Technician came a week later on 11.07 and fixed the leg, remove the plastic cushion of one leg to make it touching the floor, I'm not satisfied with it, want a replacement but he said not his call. So I went to store speaking with the sales on 11.16 and he spoke to his manager, then he brought me to customer care saying that will request a new sofa for me, but that's Sunday so they need to let me know next day Monday, then until today 12.06 still no confirmation and no update, and saying that need to wait for reply from repair division, very frustrated.

I had taken the day off to receive our delivery. I was told I would get a notice the day before giving us a two hour delivery window. The text we received was a three hour window 11AM- 2PM. The tracking system kept moving this time line. It is now set for 3:30 PM and that is not for sure. I understand things happen, but we spent a lot of money on the set as well as the delivery and taken the day off to sit and wait and wait is very frustrating.
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Don't trust anything anyone says about delivery. First, one of the items I wanted was out of stock, but scheduled to be received 2 weeks later, so we picked a date a week after that for delivery. So it turns out the salesperson "forgot" to schedule the delivery date I had selected, so when that date rolled around, no delivery. So we scheduled it for a week later and they confirmed that all items were in stock. The day before the scheduled delivery, I received the standard text confirming delivery. Two hours later, I got a call that the items are out of stock - so, basically in the week between scheduling delivery and the delivery date they sold and delivered the items I had paid for weeks earlier to someone else. I need the items for guests who are arriving (beds for guest rooms). They came up with a work around that they would deliver the mattresses and metal bedframes until items arrive (allegedly in 2 weeks). Delivery was scheduled for the next day. I got the confirming text and in the morning. I got the "track your delivery text" the morning of the scheduled delivery. An hour later, I got a call advising - "oops", one of the bedframes did not make it onto the truck so we need to reschedule delivery for 2 days later. This nightmare has been going on for a month now and I am ready to cancel my order.
The platinum protection plan is a scam
The platinum protection plan is a scam. No answer on email and right to a machine that no one calls you back from if you make through the 30 prompts. Do not buy. Furniture is garbage and falling apart.

Horrendous after purchase costumer service. Never answer the phone and when they do put you on hold and disconnect the call. Moreover you can only pay with checking and savings account when purchasing.
Where is my REFUND???/POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed an order on September 2, 2025. My order was back ordered for 3-6 weeks which would bring my order delivery to mid October. After multiple unsuccessful attempts for an update I finally requested to cancel the order on 10/22/25. I was assured by customer service that the order was canceled and I should receive my refund in 7-10 back to the card used to make the purchase. 11/12/25 I contacted customer service for an update and was told the refund was not processed and a check needed to be mailed and I would receive it in 7-10 days. Today I was told by customer service that a check would be mailed. I then told them that this was an unacceptable response. That the credit was alleged issued twice already. I was then asked if I was in touch with customer service. Calls not answered chats not responded to text messages with 2hr delays and my money still not returned. To date … order placed 9/2/24 DECEMBER 2nd nothing but the run around.

Warning: DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. In store sales services are great. If you order online, spend a fortune, then wait beyond the estimated shipping time and an ENTIRE PIECE OF YOUR COUCH IS MISSING, customer service is IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD OF, and when you do- They don’t care. “Oh sorry nothing we can do, missing piece has to re-ship”. We are now stuck waiting another entire 8 weeks for a missing piece of our sectional and they do not care. No apologies, no promised calls backs, nothing. Took our money and gave 2 craps what happened next.

Unresolved Order and Repeated Failed Delivery Attempts
I placed an order for the Bristol recliner sofa and a recliner on November 11th. It is now December 2nd, and I still have no update on when I will receive my items. I have already been scheduled for two delivery dates, both of which were missed without explanation. I originally ordered this set hoping to have it by Thanksgiving, but that deadline has long passed.
When I contacted customer service at the store, I was simply told that the delivery had been rescheduled, with no additional information provided. Additionally, every time I attempt to call the delivery service phone line, I can never get through—whether I call early in the morning or midday. No one answers, and I never receive a call back. I also tried using the chat support, but after waiting more than 45 minutes, no one responded.
One of the chairs was delivered on the third delivery attempt, but the most important item—the sofa—still has not arrived. The delivery employees advised me to contact the store, but since I placed my order online and selected November 18th as my preferred delivery date, this has not been helpful.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received so far. If this continues without any clear explanation or support from employees or supervisors, I plan to escalate my review accordingly.
Raymore Store in Quakertown store ok.Montgomeryville Horrible
Raymore Store in Quakertown is great never had any issues.The Montgomeryville stor is the problem.I spoke to Eric about my Kenton set.It Appers from looking at it after delivery that their are spots missing where it was not painted. I was told this is a distressed look but set in showroom didn't have this.I contacted Stacy Majors store manager who offered a partial refund and credit for delivery.When I contacted Diane at q town store I was told that it's a in store credit.I called the account depot said their was a credit but never saw it.I filed a dispute with capital one as Stacy Majors said she could not credit my card without dispute being removed.Well I did that and never received a credit.They are dishonest slobs who lie to make and keep a sale.Trust me I would not deal with their nonsense again and even Capital One told me not to drop the dispute as they are deceptive.
Less than Ideal Experience
Our experience with Raymour and Flanigan was less than spectacular through a series of events in their control and outside of their control. My husband and I ordered a crib and a dresser on 10/11. They indicated they had just gotten a new computer system and were working out some kinks. We scheduled delivery for 10/19. We received the text with the times they were to deliver the furniture and they never showed up. After contacting the store, they indicated it was an issue with the new system and we rescheduled delivery for 10/26. On 10/26, the delivery showed up, but only had the dresser and indicated that they did not have the crib to deliver. After us contacting the store again, we rescheduled the crib to be delivered on 11/2. When they showed up to deliver the crib on 11/2, they set it up… and it had a crack in the wood! We had to again contact the store and had to reschedule a fourth attempt to get the crib fixed. They were supposed to come on 11/9 to fix the crib. On 11/8, we received a phone call saying the crib was now “out of stock” and they were not sure when they would get the piece to be able to fix the crib. After a back and forth with the store, they indicated they would deliver the new piece and repair the crib on 11/23. When the truck arrived on 11/23, they brought the incorrect piece for the crib, so yet again, we had to contact the store about the mistake. We finally were able to get confirmation that they would replace the entire crib on 11/30. On 11/30, we finally were able to get our crib delivered correctly. Throughout the process, we were refunded the delivery fee, and compensated $100 for our troubles. They also indicated that they would compensate us another time; however that was several weeks ago and we have not seen that money returned to our bank account. It took approx. six different attempts to be able to get our furniture delivered correctly (taking up six different days we had to be home for delivery) with communication and follow through from Raymour and Flanigan being less than ideal.
Cannot get my adjustable bed remote replaced!
I bought an adjustable bed, in addition to full bedroom and living room sets, 4 years ago. I have a 5 year warranty and had no problems getting the adjustable bed remote replaced 2 years ago. It needs to be replaced again, I filed a claim on 10/31 and still haven't heard from anyone! Cannot get an agent on the phone after sitting in the call queue for hours...what happened to Raymour & Flanagan's stellar customer service of yesteryear? Step up your game R&F!

Delivery was a horrible experience ! Missing chairs and the dining table that was on display was not what we received , dining chair came with stains on it and furniture legs were not put on correctly. I would say this was not a great experience

Horrible experience. I NEVER received my furniture. It’s been two months since I made the order and due to system changes this company can’t confirm whether or not it was delivered. So now I am being asked to pay for furniture I never received. The customer service is terrible if you are not trying to buy the furniture they don’t want to help you instead of figuring out the problem.

Terrible Customer Service
We had a delivery scheduled for. November 26 and had received a link to a tracker in the morning saying that we were the eighth stop and that our furniture would be delivered at 11:45 AM. As the tracker got closer, we made sure that we were there. The tracker showed the delivery counting down annd even getting closer and then suddenly it just disappeared and said the delivery was canceled. It took seven phone calls and another 45 minutes to find out from the Dispatcher that the delivery had been canceled First thing in the morning due to an issue with the product. I understand the issues like that happened, but nobody called us. An additional 45 minutes tracking down the error is inexcusable. To add insult to injury, the dispatcher put me through to online ordering so that I could cancel the the order where I waited for over an hour before putting my number in for a callback. I had never heard anything from them by the end of the day on a $2000 order (is this what they call white glove service?).
We have another order due to ship with Raymore and Flanagan in North Haven in January and are seriously considering canceling that one (a sofa and two recliner chairs) because we don’t trust this company anymore. My other option when the delivery was canceled, was to call online ordering and wait for another hour to try to reschedule, but anytime you finally get a human the only thing they say is “It’s not my job.” And back on hold you go.
It’s like once I paid $2000 for the furniture, they just don’t care about actually fulfilling the order. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau And a dispute with my credit card company.
Terrible Customer Service
Been dealing with the Avon CT store since October. Terrible customer service. Heard enough times that there are issues with a new software change, tired of hearing that excuse. The phone constantly rings no answer. When you finally get someone to check your order, they say we will get a call back and we never do. Received part of order and was told the rest of the order would be in last week. Can’t get a straight answer from anyone.
