Siteground support system is insanely frustrating.

Siteground support system is insanely frustrating.

They want to prevent support requests from flooding their support chat an instead of hiring more agents, they have this endless loop of lame debugging automatic questions made with the goal to deter you from reaching the live human agent.

And this happen even if you are paying extra money for so-called premium support service.

The problem comes when you are an experienced user in a hurry. You will have to go through all that madness.
