This company is absolutely TERRIBLE

This company is absolutely TERRIBLE! Do NOT use them. My 83 year old mom bought a CFAR policy with them for a trip to Cancun. We bought cancel for any reason because she was recovering from cancer and knew she may not be able to make the trip. Due to her health issues, she had to cancel. She was within all the stated guidelines, had a medical appt, all required medical documents etc but they refused to process her refund. I spent nearly a year pursuing the refund, getting passed around to people, escalated to management several times and got nothing but the run around. They asked for documents 4 times I had already sent in, made promises they never delivered on and were flat out HORRIBLE to work with. I know with 100% certainty she met all the requirements for a full refund. This company puts more effort into making sure they don’t pay you than they do honoring the policies people spend their hard earned dollars on. GO ELSEWHERE!!

This company made me lose my family's…

This company made me lose my family's tickets. I called one of their representatives before canceling my flight because my passport expired in March and I couldn't travel in December. I explained my problem to this agent, and he told me to cancel the flight to start the claim. Today I received a letter denying my case. What I don't understand is, if this agent knew, why didn't he tell me not to cancel the flights but to postpone them? He just lied to me, and I lost all my money. I don't recommend this company at all. Be very careful. I'm going to make sure they don't steal anyone else's money. I'm going to report them on social media. It's not fair that money we work so hard for is stolen like this. How far will people go, enriching themselves with the pain of others?

Was so easy to do when connected to the your operater and the trip. Based on others I checked on this was the most comprehensive plan and reasonably priced one.

The best part was knowing I had it but not needing to use it. Piece of mind, I just enjoyed the trip knowing the plan was in the background of the whole trip.
Super easy to implement when done in conjunction with the you're operater.
